Not worth the money or your safety to stay at the property

Cosmetically the property appears nice. Staff was friendly.

The drug addicts yelling at all hours of the night. Walking out of the room to needles on the ground.

Pool was cold, room was kind of dirty. Beds were very hard. Doors faced out instead of inside. My mistake for not checking. Needs a remodel and refresh. Noisy room.

Be nice to be credited some

Desk clerk very helpful but beware… I didn’t see ahead of time anywhere that you would be charged $50 incidental charge but it is refunded. No chairs to relax on wanted a hot bath because we live in a RV but the tub would not hold water Beds were comfy but we were awake constantly due to noise and dogs so it VERY thin walls!! Have 10 more hours to travel on no sleep breakfast was good

This hotel is in a good location, check in and house keeping were friendly and helpful, hotel allows a pet, has an indoor pool, room was really clean, bed was comfortable and the proboded shampoo is nice. .

They seem a bit disorganized. The breakfast was not for me. Breads, sausage, steamed eggs were good though.

The picture looks pretty but the property is like Motel!!!

First, I was misled by the picture on Booking.com. It looks nice hotel, instead it turned out to be a regular Motel. Second, the room smelled like “wet dog”. Very stinky.

Easy access. Well connected and safe.

The sheets had huge stains hidden under the blanket. The bathroom floor was kinda cracked. The room had a musty smell.

Our stay was very pleasant and we will be staying there again on our return from our trip.

I want to give a special shout out to Sunny Patel who was at the front desk when we arrived. Not only was he very pleasant, he also came outside when I was unhooking my trailer and offered to help, then went and got 2 bricks to chock the tires to keep the trailer from rolling. This is exceptional customer service and he should be recognized for this.

Never again!

Check-in was good.

The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The room smelled musty. There wasn't a small sofa or a chair to sit on to watch TV and it had a terrible remodel job done. The painter couldn't keep the wall color off the trim and the new laminate floor covering the bathroom and sink area wasn't installed correctly. (I would say the old tile floor wasn't removed in the shower area because the new flooring has cracked at the threshold.) Apparently, the property owner hired the cheapest contractor to remodel this location. Also, I killed what I call a water bug crawling across the bathroom floor.

Lovely Stay

Great location and is very comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Great for our stopover on our Route 66 adventure. Breakfast was good, with waffles and coffee for us.

This place did the trick

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and carpets were clean, staff was friendly. Size of mini fridge was excellent! all the food from our cooler fit. The place to hang coats was fantastic and there were plenty of outlets for all of our devices (traveling with 3 teens!)

Our sheets had stains on them (black spots? but they smelled clean and we were exhausted) Our mini fridges was wobbly and didn't have a freezer compartment for our ice packs, which was a little bit of a bummer) the lighting was odd, but hey, we slept well :)

Clean and comfortable

Location is a couple of blocks from I-40; easy to find. Staff was cordial and helpful, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good and the shower worked well. Noisy area but the window and bathroom fans helped drown out the noise of the street.

This was a good place to stay for the price; we don’t use all the extras the fancier places provide.

Property is newly renovated and has indoor pool.

We requested a wheel chair accessable room when booking. When we arrived, the staff member said the only room available for us was on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. We literally could not access our room. They still wanted us to pay full-price for a room we could not access. The staff member said I should have called as she read the request outloud then stated she did not pull the reservation and room selection from the "3rd party booking". There was nothing she could do. We were left to find other accommodations that were ADA compliant at 9 pm after driving 8 hrs.
