Location is nice

Bathroom had piss stains in the toilet, room was dirty, hall had dirty ripped carpet, never anyone at the front desk, had to ask for more pillows because there was 2 barely big enough for your head

Good people and price, I don’t like poison tablets laying around without warning in a child and pet friendly hotel.

Close to highway for a overnight stay

Lots of rat poison on the ground. They charge $10 an animal but didn’t mention anything about the use of open poison tablets. Thankfully I think I found them all before my girlfriend’s cat did. Check behind the tvs, especially for the little kiddos too. They seem to find everything and this could be a horrendous disaster if a child found one.

Hotel was by the highway.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the guy at the desk could barely speak English their was a lot of miscommunication, hotel is old and out dated. Maintenance is clearly not in their budget.

That it had a bed and tv. Also liked the full sized fridge

It was extremely dirty with cockroaches running across the floor. The curtains were almost black from all the dirt stains. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned and was absolutely disgusting.

I paid for the room for 4/25-4/26 and was told that it was time to get out at 11 am on the 25th because they said since we checked in early in the morning that we were not allowed to stay past 11 am that same day I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE EXTRA THAT I HAD TO Pay TO STAY TILL 11AM ON THE 26TH I paid double

The staff is friendly just not trained. Like others waited around an hour and had to get the owners to check me in. Per staff owners were out for lunch already 1 1/2 hours before we got there.

Scary the last nite a male was arguing and so angry I woke my husband I was so scared. Bad part of town and the back door was never locked so easy to get in without card key. Bugs everywhere. Ceiling had water damage repaired but was falling down again. No cleaning prouducts in the holders except hand soap. No coffee makers and only an ironing board--really who uses those anymore. The desk chair was so bad the entire cover where u sit was off. Really needs a good cleaning and overall but it will not get it.

Horrible if I ever travel back through Amarillo I’ll be sure not to book with this hotel !

The hotel wasn’t clean and the room had stains on the floor and the sink wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower had hair in it still. The bedroom didn’t even have soap neither did the front lobby. The hotel also had roaches so it was very clear maintenance and cleanliness wasn’t practiced very well if any at all !

Not a great experience, to say the least.

This hotel was not anywhere close to how it was presented online. However, it was late, and I needed to sleep. I went ahead with the reservation, but after reviewing the room, knew I couldn't stay there. There were even bed bugs. I had to leave. I asked for a refund and because I booked through booking.com, the hotel employee said I had to go through them. No refund from them either. I will never stay here nor go through booking.com again.

This place was absolutely disgusting the pictures are completely deceiving all of the curtains had cigarette Burns in them they were cut or torn there were cockroaches everywhere the outlets were broken there were dirty walls everything was just filthy and once more they refused to return my money I didn't even stay there because I refuse to stay somewhere with my children that is roach infested and rat infested no thank you if I could I would put negative 9,000 Stars this property should be removed from booking.

I didn't like anything about this stay the rooms smelt of smoke to top it all off and I was in a non-smoking area. It also looked like there were drug dealing in the back where I had my car parked. No thank you never going to come back. Such a disappointment.
