An awesome place to stay!

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had. I liked the location. It felt safe. I will absolutely stay here in the future!

Very handy on our way from NC to Albuquerque

Thanks for taking Pets! It was a bit like a maze to get to but GPS got us there. Lovely Pool. It could use some plants. Clean, neat and well appointed. Great linens. Towels need replacement.

Froze. Rm402 Thermostat was adjusted and kept defaulting to their set temperature, which was too cold. There is a draft in the room. I didn't sleep all night trying to adjust that stupid thermostat.

Comfortable stay on a long trip home.

The facility was great, from the room to the breakfast. The staff at check in was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. I didn’t checkout properly and he took care of it over the phone. Great job sir!!!

I would like to see the corporate company make dedicated motorcycle parking. Something that would allow riders to secure the bike. I had to park my bike at the front entrance and chain my bike to a bench.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was fairly easy to get to despite the construction. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I would like to see the company create parking specifically for motorcycles. A type of cover and stall that would allow the rider to lock-up/secure the motorcycle.

Easy location to access, although there was construction on the road to access the hotel.

The room refrigerator was frozen solid and not n functional. As a diabetic who needs to store insulin, this is and issue. Also the shower control was falling off.

Our heater quit working. The wonderful professional staff tried to fix it. When they weren’t able to get it fixed they moved us to another room. Brought the keys up to us and a cart for our luggage. Outstanding support.

Thought the property was fine. Was in a good location.

Was it clean? To a degree, about as good as any hotel. Probably really really hard to clean any hotel lobby and room. Only reason I say this is that my wife dripped ice water on the tile floor and I grabbed a wash cloth. Of course, the cloth was white. Was all we had at our disposal. After wiping up the water from the tile floor it was amazing how much black dirt came up from the floor and on that cloth. All the more reason to wear something like flip flops in any hotel room.

The room was clean and comfortable; and if needed we would probably stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk crew was pleasant and helpful.

I would probably stay again; however, I think some things could be better for the accessible bathroom. We had requested an accessible room since mobility was an issue. The shower was not really conducive for a person in with mobility issues. If we had been in a wheelchair, we would not have been able to use the shower since there was a 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick threshold across the shower floor that a chair would not be able to roll across without help. The shower itself was very small; in fact, it was a single stall shower without a lot of room in it. (Almost no room for elbows to go up) Also, all of the accessible rooms in this hotel were far away from the elevators, so a person with mobility issues that is not in a chair has to walk all the way to the end of the hall to their room. All accessible rooms should be located close to, or near the elevators, in every hotel.

Great room and stay but concerning issues with room door.

The staff was friendly. Loved the bed and sheets.

After checking in and unpacking we realized the large gap under the hotel door into the hallway. Large enough for us to roll a towel and place it under the door into the gap. After noticing the gap and going to lock the manual lock, it didn't line up with the door frame cutout for the deadbolt. We stayed on the 1st floor, very tall ceilings, great room overall. We just didnt want to have to go through changing rooms with the dogs and after unpacking. We knew we'd be ok with the "swinging door flip guard".
