We will try other Home2Suites in other places but would not recommend this location.

The day of check in the lady at front desk was nice and helpful. The pool was clean.

We were put on a hall that had a lot of people staying with dogs and they would bark. The kitchen could not keep up with keeping food supplied, not much variety. The staff in kitchen and front desk very unfriendly.

Outdated and the pet fee is a rip off

Parking and location

AC is outdated. Small ammount of paper towels for the kitchen. Elevator too loud. Bathroom ventilation did not work. Bathroom door is a slider and was greasy (why would it be grease, anyone would ask), plus couldn’t close, making normal human activities wierd, see vent being dead. Toilet stopped pumpin water in. I didn’t complain since i was there for maybe 15h

The location seems safe but getting to it from the highway was odd. You go through the parking lot of another hotel. There were a few items it would be nice to have at breakfast like yogurt and oatmeal.

It was wonderful and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for my sister-in-law‘s wedding and they ended up staying here as well on their wedding night. I wanted to decorate the room for their wedding night and the staff was super helpful and very accommodating.

our room had structural issues was at a slant and par of floor was higher than other, almost fell twice tripped 3 times, called front desk and they were nice said they didn’t know and no other rooms available. if I were you I would not use this room, accident waiting to happen.
