Beyond excellent such a great stay for the hotel level

Best hotel breakfast of this level. It was a full meal including seasoned red potatoes and eggs. Bert good coffee as well. Rooms are gorgeous and beds very comfortable.

Front desk staff could of been friendlier but they weren’t rude either just neutral

Probably won’t stay here again because of the heater problem and the Wi-Fi is terrible.

The ac/heater in our room was awful and had to ask front desk for help a couple of times. Uncomfortably hot the first night because we couldn’t get the heater to shut off.

I had a great nights sleep knowing my truck/trailer rig was safe on premisis and enjoyed the bfast.

This was a "new"er facility and so everything there was clean, modern, and well thought out. Loved the shower only option in my room. Bed, furniture were comfortable and modern. Bfast in the morning was what you'd expect free to be. I was just passing through and would recommend to anyone doing the same.

No ample parking for my truck/12' trailer rig. For a sense of security I needed to take up 5 parking spots to accommodate my rig. Other places, even if small parking lots, have tandem parking spots so if someone needed trailer parking they would only take up 2 spaces.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Location was just where we're wanted, but would not have been easy to find if we didn't have GPS. Could have easily missed the turn. They were very accommodating in getting two rooms close together for us with one of them for a handicapped individual.

You know what to expect in a Hampton Inn and Suites, and they delivered. A nice, clean, spacious room in a good area for getting around town. I was able to make the reservation and show up within about 2 hours when our travel plans changed and we needed a hotel in Amarillo.

We were in the king suite and it was wonderful. Very spacious with a mini kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was large. Will definitely stay here again.

The first room I was given was not cleaned. Still had someone’s trash in it, bathroom was dirty, bed was obviously used.

Location was great, I didn’t realize how far off the interstate it was though but it was good.

The bed I had was not comfortable at all. I don’t understand why hotels don’t rate the mattresses in their rooms and let you book what kind of bed you want when you book.

Would recommend to others and had a great stay overall.

We got an upgraded king suite and a nice welcome gift. I used the gym and it was really nice. The free breakfast was really good and my husband ate well. It was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel seemed in good condition and clean which is very important to me.

The staff was friendly but I had a hard time understanding the lady that checked us in. She kinda said things quickly. I walked around and found the time for breakfast, etc. Our pillows were very soft and went flat quickly. Two of them were like feather pillows so we had to keep fluffing them around our heads. Would love to have had almond milk as an option. I had to eat my granola dry as there were no vegan options for milk. I did find peanut butter and oatmeal but wasn't too sure if there was milk in the oatmeal. When checking out I turned in our cards and the lady just asked if she could email our receipt. I said yes and that was it. She didn't thank us for our business, etc.
