Conveniently located and have plenty of parking.

Breakfast was included but have very limited options and for extra items one has to pay. This hotel does not have buffet breakfast.

Good Value for money for short stay.

Location and plenty of parking space. We requested a one-hour late checkout, and the staff courteously accommodated us. They had good outdoor seating to have fresh feel.

We had late check-in night and Elevator was out of service. We had to take our all bags through stairs.

The room was large and accommodated our family of 5.

I specifically paid for a room with a sleeper sofa as we are a family of 5. Our daughters got a bed, myself and my husband, and the sleeper sofa for our son. The room did not have sheets or a blanket in the closet for the sleeper sofa. By the time my son set up the sofa, everyone else was asleep from a long day of traveling. My son woke me up because he was uncomfortable and told me he couldn't find the sheet and blanket. I was in my pajamas and barely awake, so I told my son to get in bed next to his dad and I climb into bed with our twins. I couldn't sleep because I was barely on the bed as there wasn't enough room to accommodate 3 people. I told the front desk that the room didn't have sheets or a blanket for the sleeper. I was told I should have come down or called. Considering I was half asleep, in my pj's and it was really late, I don't agree. Other hotels on our road trip had sheets, a blanket and a pillow in the room for the sleeper. I suggested that upon check in we should have been asked if we would be using the sleeper and given the items at that time. I slept horribly and ended up with a sore back. Also, the door looked like someone tried to break in.

Don't believe the bad reviews

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to stay here. Well, I have to say the reviews are wrong! It turned to be very nice stay. I even overheard a couple not happy with something to do with their room, who I to believe to be the manager, was going above and beyond to take care of them. Something I don't see anymore in customer service, which I see rarely! I am very impressed with this place.

There were broken safety items on the door. There was only 1 trash can in the room. We were charged a pet fee but didn’t bring a pet. I had to ask for the charge to be removed from the bill. The staff on shift when we arrived in the evening were not friendly.

fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. There was no fire but we did not get back to our room until 12:30 because no one knew how to turn the alarm off. We waited outside, then in the lobby for 2 hours. We were thristy and the staff made us pay for water. I haven't stayed at a Courtyward in a while and was surprised at how much worse it is, in every way than Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites. Even the toiled seat didn't work properly

Nice and clean and good parking

Arrived after a 6 hour drive with no towels in our room. Called reception and they said that they’ll send up straight away. After 30mins we went down to ask again and were told that towels were being dried so would send up later. Not good for a high profile brand and the size of hotel to say none were available. Fire alarm went off at 4am and patrons had to work out for themselves if it was real or not. Not one member of staff to assist with evacuation and no one to tell us it was safe to re enter.

This was the worst stay I have had at a Marriott hotel, hidden fees, no hospitality or customer serv

The fees were horribly overpriced: pet fee of : $75.00. In all my years of staying in hotels I have never paid this much!! A parking fee of $10.00 was not listed on the website and thrown in on a parking permit at check in; were else is one supposed to park and I have NEVER had to pay to park at any hotel in the world!!!!! Pay for breakfast, no free coffee.... a horrible experience = I will not stay at Courtyard again.
