We always stay here when visiting Amarillo. The stay are always consistently warm, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and our pets are always welcomed too.

Staff were very accomodating and informative. Offed to make fresh coffee upon arrival. Room was large enough to fit 5 of us. Kitchen was useful- just have to ask for utensils ect.

They're lying about the size of their beds.

The location is perfect along with the layout of the hotel.

The bed was supposed a queen size but was actually a full. The manager at the counter claimed that the bed was a queen which it wasnt. I own a queen size bed so I know the difference and she didn't try to offer me anything whatsoever but she even admitted that multiple guests have said the exact same thing that I did. I even contacted booking.com and they tried to reach out to the management here and they didn't offer to give me any kind of credit at all even though I didn't get what I paid for. This hotel is lying to its guests about the size of the beds. You're better off staying at another hotel or at least you actually get a queen size bed.

Will stay there again. Great price for a safe stay!

The location was great. Close and easy to get around to dining, shopping and points of interest. It is nothing fancy but meets the needs of clean and safe accomodations. .I appreciated the full size refrigerator and microwave. The laundry room was nice and easy to wash/dry through an App.

Nothing in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. We were there 4 days and housekeeping never cleaned the room or brought clean towels.

Ww didn't use it, but as but a full-size fridge, a cook top, and a small di ing table in the room Clean and comfortable. The room WAS large enough i could maneuver around inside my wheelchair. The bathroom was lage and accessible. The roll in Shower was great. The front desk people were great.

We loved everything about the property! Clean, convenient and very comfortable. We are traveling in a motorhome so needed laundry facilities. These were provided @ this facility. The cost was very reasonable, and machines were very clean!

A clean, comfortable, and excellent-value stay made even better by Sheri and her attentive team.

I stayed here for 3 nights in August during my road trip and found it to be a very comfortable, no-frills choice. The room was clean with a queen bed, a surprisingly comfy recliner, and a full kitchen setup (fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster). You’ll need to bring your own dishes and cookware, though the lobby shop sells basics if you’re short. The staff really made the stay feel welcoming. Sheri, the general manager, deserves a special shout-out. She pays attention to detail and sets a great tone for the property. The hotel’s location near the medical district felt safe, especially compared to the east side of Amarillo. The atmosphere was quiet and respectful. Overall: a pleasant, practical stop at an excellent value. Clean, comfortable, and backed by great service - it worked perfectly for me and my pets.

Laundry was a bit of a mixed bag: several machines were out of order, and the washer I used ate two quarters before it started. The front desk refunded me quickly, though, and the prices ($2 for wash, $1.50 for dry) were fair.

The property was very well maintained. Nothing bad to say at all except ice machines and a pool would be a plus. Loved the large room with little kitchen. Quick elevator. Pet friendly. Quiet hallways! Susan at the front desk was welcoming and friendly! Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful, Again.

I love staying here. Susan, Shara just always make me feel like I've come home. I told them this trip that I had a better night's sleep at their hotel than at the fancy $250/nt resort in Santa Fe- all you need is clean, dark and quiet. Hard to describe, I just appreciate the opportunity to go back and demonstrate my loyalty for all the extra helpfulness and friendliness they show. Other than that, I love that this hotel is about a mile from the Botanical Gardens and this time, I was so very delighted to discover that there was an outdoor concert there for $10 one of the nights of my stay. Thursday nights for anyone who wants to check it out. It was also an overcast and cooler evening at the end of July. God was definitely smiling on me. Great trip.

Everything was perfect - and the price so reasonable, especially for 2025 when everyone else seems to be jacking up their prices. Used to be that AirBnBs were cheaper, but now I am back to hotels for the price & predictability.
