Location, and having a kitchen.
What good is a kitchen w/o dishes, pans and utensils? We were told that they were out of kitchen supplies. Isn’t that kind of a for adequate supplies for your rooms.

The staff were very nice and helpful
It was basically clean, but the whole place seems old and crusty with dim lighting. It’s a very basic old hotel. No breakfast, not even some plastic wrapped bleh breakfast.
