The staff didn’t no anything! We had to change room. Upon checkin the person checking us in said the fourth floor was the best as far as receptions d Wi-Fi. That was incorrect and had to change rooms. This room was worse. There were ANTS in the bathroom a crack in the floor of the shower and the shower door was falling off. We will never stay here again!

Don’t get breakfast - you’ll be very disappointed.

Room was clean, well appointed, and beds/pillows were comfortable.

The room was very warm when we arrived - it’s August and the A/C was set to way too high at 79. The bathroom sink in room 322 would fill with water anytime it was used so there was obviously a clog. There were not enough outlets in the room for 4 people who needed to charge phones, ear buds, watches, iPads, and laptops. It would be great if USB-C ports could be installed for those whose devices don’t use USB. Also, breakfast was atrocious- scrambled eggs were flavorless, pork sausage was unappetizing, rubbery and did not look like actual meat. Frosted Flakes tasted bland, and boxed milk was watery.

Go somewhere else...definitely not up to Marriott standards!

This hotel is "past the curve" in many ways! The shower and sink's hot water didn't work well; the floor was dusty like the maid hadn't even vacuumed; they charged for breakfast and everything was ala carte and extremely expensive; they gave us a "complimentary breakfast" of "up to $20" which would basically buy 2 cups of coffee, so we opted to go to McDonalds!

Breakfast was good

Main reason for booking was the advertising of a full bar. Total joke. Even though draft beer was pictured, all draft handles were locked and zero was available. Wanted to drink beer and watch football. First brand choice was out. Second choice had only one bottle and third choice only had two bottles. I had more beer inventory in my fridge at the house. Would never stay here again because of the false representation of having a full bar. They should remove the pictures of the bar from their site and mark out the bar listing on amenities. Wish I had booked cheaper lodging because I didn't get what I paid for.

The room had ample space, a great sofa as well as a desk area. The room’s layout was one of the best ones I’ve had for that size suite. You could just tell it was thoughtfully designed. The closet was huge and everything was in pristine condition. We will definitely be booking again.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past. This is the first time something like this happened.

Friendliness of staff, location.

My room smelled like sewage. I was explained that there was a problem with the pipes. The staff cleaned the room a second time and bleached the bathroom but they could not get rid of the smell. I asked for another room but the hotel was full.

A great place to stay!

Lovely facility. Beautiful room with all of the amnesties. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the room layout was ideal, providing an efficient desk area plus a comfortable sofa alternative. Nice breakfast in an upbeat environment. Staff were friendly and efficient. We come through Amarillo twice a year. I'll most certainly stay here again.
