Large comfortable room was spotless, quiet and the bed was great. Big fluffy pillows instead little flat squares. The breakfast was great. About anything you might want. Everything was tasty, and the HIEx cimmamon rolls are always fresh and warm. The location was surrounded by restaurants and very convemient.

It was excellent other than eating with the dog.

It had recently been updated.

While eating breakfast a customer brought there large dog in the breakfast area. Ther were signs stating no animals allowed. Which they walked by and laughed. I wish there was a way that you could designate one floor strictly for dogs. I’m not a dog lover and I worry about getting fleas and ticks from other people’s dogs that have stayed in my room before me.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Spoilt for choice for food outlets in immediate vicinity. Location close to Route 66. Just off Interstate 40 and an easy 3 min drive to the R66 Visitor Centre.

There was SO MUCH noise from the rooms around us. You could hear everything through the walls. The pet fee is $46.00 with tax, this was not indicated on booking.com.

couldnt stay there due to booking.com, so I had to drive 10.5 hours in one day.

Booking.com would not allow me to reschedule the reservation, even while i was standing in the hotel lobby. Booking.com told me to contact the property to reschedule but the property said booking.com reserved our room in a manner that could not be rescheduled. I will not be using booking.com again.
