Unfortunately, Rusty kettle :(

The room is big and clean. Heater is working well.

Reception is not reachable and only very limited timing.. The kettle in the room is very rusty and therefore I can’t cook water... the water come out with black particles from the rusty metal.. Asked for a new one, but late reply and ended up I can’t make Tee for the two days.

Great location but zero support/assistance if problems arise in the middle of the night.

Great location

Couldn’t get housekeeping to come in for first three days even though we put sign up. Mother in laws room was next to her and her key didnt work two of the nights. On the last night I had to climb the fire escape to enter her room which was incredibly dangerous since there is no actual staff/front desk.

We are a return customer and we will keep this in the future.

The staff was super friendly and helpful too. They organized beds for the children. The room was super clean and the small stuff which are not for small children are kept to minimum.

There were few to non options for milk intolerance at the breakfast. Somehow the staff thinks lactose free equals to milk intolerance, which is not the case.

The property was in an excellent location for us, it was extremely clean and very spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal, if we were in the area again we would stop here.

Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed is big comfortable . Air con and everything works very well. Shopping and supermarkets are only minutes walk from hotel. Many eating places nearby and car park at hotel. Highly recommend.

More table space would make it perfect. However still very happy with my stay.

Had a very good stay

It's spacious like what it's shown in the pictures. Very good breakfast. Bathroom and showers are fantastic. Very comfortable bed. Parking available at hotel with a reasonable charge of 10 euro a night. Many eating places and shops nearby. Value for money and highly recommended.

Comfortable, quiet, and spacious with excellent coffee available in Tammy's Cafe.

Beautiful room and balcony. The bathroom and sink were very easy to use and swift to get hot water. A very comfortable bed and the blackout curtains were appreciated.

Nice for longer business stays

Very spacious rooms and freshly furnished with kitchen area meant for longer stays. Shower was great.

Requested two rooms with a balcony but neither room had a balcony. No staff at reception after 1400 made check-in a bit confusing. Had to download an app to open the doors but that didnt work. Called a phone number on the door for help and was directed to a coded box outside that contained keyes to the building and apartment.

Location provided picture of key safe but did not provide the code for opening the safe, when this was noticed email was sent out at 6:30 pm but not answered, phone was not answered either, but I also got pictures on how to get into a different room which I was not planned to use but that room could not be accessed either, arriving at 10:15 pm I had no access to the room, but my credit card was already charged, I had to look for another hotel, hotel answered my email the next day as obviously they already quit working in the afternoon although the reception should have been open until 11:00 pm, the emergency numbers put down on the front door were not answered either.

Good BUT

The room was big and rather modern.

We visited in winter. There was (probably floor) heating. BUT because of the big windows, we could feel cold air flowing through the room, especially on the floor. We had to use heating to the fullest and our feet were still cold. The heating was limited! We could set the heating to preferred temperature but not above 23,5°C (if I remember right), which was not enough given the constant cold air on the floor. There were no even slippers to milder the cold. We arrived too soon in the morning but check-in was available only in the afternoon. The check-in is done by cafe employees and it is limited by the opening hours of the cafe. The check-in hours on the Booking and inside the hotel are different, so we arrived late and there was literally NOBODY to let us in. After a long wait any many, many missed calls to the owner, we got a response and a code for the room. It was very unconfortable to wait outside during that weather.

Superb

The location was superb. Quiet but close to shops, restaurants, and a park. The views from our room were beautiful. We also loved the black out shades. One of our favorite things was the staff and coffee shop on the main level. They were so kind and the coffee was delicious!

It was difficult to get checked in quickly since we got in late. We recommend getting instructions ahead of time.
