A truly delightful stay defined by exceptional friendliness, impeccable cleanliness, and an outstanding breakfast

Really lovely stay at a very cute and spotlessly clean hotel. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff - I have honestly never experienced such warmth and attentiveness in any other hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and, without exaggeration, the best I have ever had at any hotel anywhere in the world. The buffet was immaculate and beautifully organised, and it was clear that everything was checked and refreshed continuously. The breakfast selection included delicious homemade cakes, a homemade ginger shot, overnight oats, fresh fruit, and many other thoughtful items. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and genuine friendliness, a great location, and a truly wonderful breakfast.

Nice hotel 15 min walk from the Hbf, with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast

Easy 15 min walk from the train station. Great Breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a short distance from the main street and is very quiet.

The wifi was great in the common areas, my room was a little patchy. I would have been nice if there was somewhere else other than the front door for the smokers

TV had no Internet access so casting/screen mirroring was impossible. This was frustrating. Breakfast was too expensive so I did not have any. Bedside table rather small.(see image)

An excellent hotel, I would stay again.

Well located so an easy walk to the centre. Secure underground parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Modern and well kept. Smart TV in the room.

The entrance to the car park was a bit tight-big cars might struggle. Pillows too soft for me.

Extremely Disappointing

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Location is good, 10 min walk from the main streets.

- There was no running cold water in my room. This meant I couldn’t fill a glass of water during the night so had to go down to reception at 2:30am to get water. There was a bottle of water provided in the room but it wasn’t enough for the full evening/night. -there was sparkling waters in the fridge but couldn’t open them as there was no bottle opener in the room. - because there was no cold water I also was not able to take a shower in the morning, because the water was scalding hot. I had to take a flight in the morning and have an important business trip so not being able to have a shower was extremely inconvenient & not really acceptable for a 4 star hotel, or indeed any hotel for that matter. - the staff offered me a refund for the breakfast for the inconvenience (€16), which felt insufficient given the total cost was €180 for the night.

A nice hotel in a convenient location.

The breakfast is incredible. The location is a twenty minute walk to the train station or the main plaza with all the shopping. Ask for the three day transit ticket which they can sell to you at the hotel. it will give you access to the trains that can take you to the Mercedes and the Porsche museums.

There is a lot of construction at the train station that makes Google maps get confused. Go outside the station then try the directions.

Well priced and located little gem in middle of Stuttgart

Close to the Hauptbahnhof and the nearby sightseeing destinations . Rooms were big and clean , they allowed me an early check in and were friendly and even provided me with coffee while I waited to catch my flight after check out. Breakfast was amazing , so many excellent choices

Amazing breakfast!!

The room was clean and the staff is very friendly, good location although a little bit of a walk from the main station but it is because of the construction. The breakfast is TOP!!

Not my favorite

Quite central but still a bit of a walk from the city center.

It doesn’t correspond to a 4star standards. Just a few things to mention: there is no coffee or tee in the room, no supplementary water, tv reception very poor, most of the programs not working, towels washed too many times and hard as stone.

Great Stay In Stuttgart

Beautifully adorned Great Hotel centrally located near the train station and old town Stuttgart. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful! Spa was a delight after a day exploring Stuttgart

Vegan friendly

Breakfast was amazing. By nice weather it is served in a beautiful garden. I am not vegan but I have vegan friends and they always complain that there is no food for them in the hotels. This hotel is definitely vegan friendly: several options by breakfast

Nice place, staff can do better

Liked the room, cleanliness, location and affordable price.

Poor communication: I was allowed by a member of staff to stay until 12 instead of 11 am, but the day after I was rebuked by another member for checking out at 12. In addition, I checked in around 6 pm, and the staff didn't tell me about the opening hours of the spa when we talked about it. So it was closed when I came back from dinner and I was told it would open at 4 pm the day after. As I only stayed 1 night, I couldn't enjoy it!
