Great stay, close the the university campus and carrefour just around the corner.

Very good

We had a room facing the street with a balcony. This was very good although the street was very noisy. The rooms are top clean, as you can expect from a retirement home. All in all, perfectly fine for passing through.

The bed was unfortunately much too small for two people. It is impossible to find restful sleep in it. The rooms facing the street are of course quite noisy with the windows open. Since there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the window open in the summer because this side will heat up a lot during the day. There is absolutely no parking in this area. Therefore, you have to buy the parking space. But it is very comfortable because it is an underground garage and you can go directly up with the elevator. But it costs extra. But that is also in the advertisement. If you want to use the swimming pool, which we did not, you have to wear a bathing cap.

Very new, clean and comfortable apartments.

The apartment was clean and had everything needed. Small grocery shop 2 min walk away. Staff were very friendly although did not speak English so tested my very mediocre French!

It wasn't clear what to do on arrival. Parking is in the basement but you need to check in and pay to get a clicker to open the gate. Also our room did not have curtains which could be an issue for some.

Superb

The apartment and staff were great, we managed to communicate well.It was difficult to find but I need to up date my Sat nav. There is a good bus service into Rouen city for under 2 euros each way. The bus stop a short walk away.

There was nothing to dislike, it made a good base for us while we were there.

The space and the facilities: balcony, parking, elevator, etc Baby cot. Very nice concept: senior diversity.

Living: sofa might be better than seats to watch TV ;) Kitchen: better knifes and a spatula.

Ideal for a short stay visit in Rouen especially if travelling by car.

Lovely, bright apartment with parking and balcony that got the evening sun. Good access by bus into town centre or a 45 minute walk downhill.

Would have been useful to have an instruction guide on how to use climate control, coffee machine and use of other facilities such as gym, pool.

separate appartment, lovely indoor pool, friendly staff, handy underground free parking, sound proof rooms (little baby) This was a senior residence so it did take some time to let that sink in. People were very friendly, our little baby of 1 year was the act of the week :).

Kitchen equipment is very basic, so don't try cooking every day, better to use uber eats or the local restaurant instead. No A/C, so quite hot during warm days. Do note that this is a senior residence, so don't be surprised when you enter, no discomfort about this whatsoever!

A lovely, immaculate place if you don't mind taking the bus into the city center of Rouen.

The building and room was absolutely immaculate. It is a senior citizens facility, which was very odd for me to understand how they would take in travellers that totally mix with the residents, but it everything was very comfortable.

This is probably my fault for not checking, but we returned late and the front door was locked! We had to use the garage opener to get to the elevator through the garage. Had we not driven and had the garage opener I have no idea how we would have gotten in. The reception area was lit up, but nobody answered the call button. I really should have checked in with the reception before we left for a late night. Also,DOMITYS is outside of the city center, up on Mont aux Malades, so access to the city is by bus. The bus ride is about 25 minutes to the city center and the bus runs until about midnight for the return trip. You really wouldn't want to miss the bus, it is quite a monumental hike uphill from the city center.

Unexpected delight

Super comfortable, really friendly staff, great facilities, breakfast served in room, enclosed car park. The apartment was v spacious, at first it was a bit surprising to be in a senior residence but the staff were so nice - Marine in reception in particular. They'd given us a room that wasn't ready so she upgraded us to a bigger apartment AND offered us a drink as well (there is a small bar on site). We had an ubereats dinner on our own little balcony overlooking the sunset. We'd be happy to stay there again in future.

The Mont St Aignan area is very built-up and none of the local restaurants open on Monday night - not the hotel's fault, just something we didn't expect.

Lovely spacious apartment but I wished it wasn't so hot!

Really nice spacious, well furnished apartment. Secure underground parking.

The room was too warm and I was unable to adjust the air conditioning - every time I turned it down it just reverted to 22 degrees which was too hot during the night. We ate our own breakfast in the room but there were no sharp knives at all to cut bread.

La piscine n étais pas ouverte alors que nous étions venus simplement pour elle , bas de message pour nous prévenir à l avance , et même lors de notre arrivée on ne nous a pas prévenue . Nous l avant appris que tong au pied et serviette à la main avec l affiche devant la porte de la piscine

Lieu très calme et confortable. Le personnel est très aimable et arrangeant. Le projet d'ouverture à des personnes "extérieures " dans une résidence 3è âge me semble vertueux.

Quelques équipements de base manquent. Par exemple, un couteau de cuisine. Impossible de couper un citron!

J'ai testé la piscine / sauna. C'était top. Hyper propre, comme tout le bâtiment. Accès tardif jusqu'à 20h. Je conseille Déco jolie, simple et de bon goût Accès parking dans la résidence Accueil agréable
