Perfect stop off from home to the port

Location, proximity to the motorway and plenty of parking

The pillows are too small and too hard. Bring your own as the beds are comfy

I stay here several times a year & the location suits me for an overnight stop during my journey. The hotel accepts animals & is always clean & comfortable

This was my first stay on a Saturday evening. The hotel was full of sports teams, sitting in corridors talking & in & out of rooms up to 5am. Reception is not 24/7 so no one to manage this. Also the restaurant options vary each visit. This time only pizza, and wine is only by the glass, no pichets.

Comfort and value for money

Its location was ideal for the ports. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were well ventilated.

You need to sort the directions on the site as we had to drive through the centre of Rouen to reach you. Would have been easier to stay on the autoroute another Junction as you’re just two minutes from the autoroute, rather than battling through city centre traffic.

Position is good for us , seven hours from home , then just another two in the morning from Eurotunnel .convenient hypermarket next door.

No longer has a restaurant available. Having to ask for the receptionist , and why recently can you not check in until 16.00

They have a water dispenser and a very beautiful tree that was full of flowers when we stayed. Rom is perfecat and has all you need for a short stay

Spacious, parking, located next to a big supermarket, nice location to have a good walk around with the dog.

the address for the location is incorrect. The room has to be inspected and clean, it’s a shame since the room is cool. The smell in the hallway to the rooms is not the best. I suggest also plugs next to the bed, nowadays is almost a must.

Very good until insulted !

Everything except the male manager he was rude and arrogant. The lady manager was very pleasant and looked after us very well she could teach him a thing or two I would have rated the hotel much better if he had not been so rude.

Basic facilities, but adequate.

The restaurant staff were very good at catering to our needs, and made an effort to communicate to us in our language. The reception staff were very helpful. The parking was good. The breakfast range was very good.

Our room was on the first floor, and unfortunately they do not have an elevator. The venue was hosting a wedding, which meant parking was limited, and guests had parked in the Electric car charging bays, so we could not charge the car.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice with automatic roll down shutter on the window. The bed was comfortable, nice and firm. It could be a little noisy when other guests were getting back. Only stayed for one night but all in all, quite acceptable.

Dog friendly (the dog friendly rooms are away from everyone else), great grounds for the dogs, and extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me. The bathroom was large too.

The hotel is positioned in Rouen outskirts, but in a select area. There is a Carrefour in the proximity of the hotel. The hotel has a generous parking lot. The breakfast was excellent. A+ for the staff. :)

Brilliant stay

Was surprised had kettle in room vety welcome. Nice size room very comfortable. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Had a wonderful meal in restaurant and slept well.

Could not find hotel there is no actual address on booking.com info. Forunately after showing a French lady our booking form no english us not much french she pointed to side of hotel which actually was in sight but no signage in view if Carrefour car park which is where sat nav took us.

Breakfast is served till 9.30, we got there at 9.20 & there wasnt much left. 1 croissant. No bread only rolls. No boiled eggs. We got the dregs of scrambled egg & bacon.
