Perfect for a secluded trip of relaxation.

Amazing venue on the lake had a cosy interior in keeping with the feel of the lodge mixed with the modern kitchen and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room for my 6'2 partner. Hot tub was ready to go so we were able to take a dip and relax from our journey there. Nothing bad to say and we had the best time, will definitely be back.

Only think I can think of is the 10am departure time, although understandable even if it was 11am it would feel a little more substantial on our stay time factor.

The location was perfect. Also the view lovely with the wild life

Needed hot water on the 1st day as shower was cold ,and could not wash up Not enough glasses .1 wine glass but maintainance sorted that out . Needed a good dusting and windows cleaned .

4 day break.

Location, accommodation, peacefulness, fishing. Loved the Hot tub and the 4 poster bed. The staff were lovely and it was a very clean site.

No fish in the main lake.Also the pub opposite had no chef for the time we were there (it was nothing to do with Hunters Moon ) which was a bit of a pain.

An unexpected lakeside haven in reasonably close proximty to Warminster town.

The setting was a haven beside a lake with herons and egrets flying to and fro. Very tranquil save for the background road noise.

It was a bit isolated, down a windy road - googlemaps didnt quite get the right location. I imagine it would be quite cold when winter sets in (just missed a snowfall) .

It was set in a beautiful area. and the lodge was the right size for us. There were towels and t towel provided along with washing up soap and cloth and sponge.

The lodge was dated. the toilet roll holder was broken and didn’t hold a roll anymore. The shower, although looked lush, was terrible to control. it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. This was due to the dial being really tight to move. There was scale on the shower dial and the kitchen sink was not too clean either . Needed a good scrub. The most upsetting for myself though was the hot tub. After getting into it I felt something hard on my foot as I sat down. When I reached in to see what it was I found it to be a large piece of clear glass. I then felt around to see if there was anymore and there were, including splinters of glass. after this we didn’t feel safe using the hot tub anymore.

Lovely location

It was right on the lake, nice old style lodge Hot tub was all ready Nice and quiet

It took a long time for the shower to get hot! We had an issue with the hot water at first but we called reception and they sorted it Straight away which was great!

Was good location for what we had planned.

Acomodation was dated and very dark inside. Over priced compared to other places we stayed.
