Very nice lodge and surroundings for a relaxing weekend away. Bedroom was beautiful with the four poster bed which was very comfy, and the hot tub was a good bonus! The ducks on the lake were very cute and even saw some ducklings. Easy check in and check out.
The sofa in the lounge was not very comfortable, but we stayed outside for most of our stay. There was no frying pan or washing up liquid in the kitchen.

The bed was amazing as was the location.
No heating when we arrived. The staff did sort it out quickly but it took hours for the lodge to heat up.
The hot tub was incredibly difficult to get into. It's quite high and there's no step or anything to help you get in. I used one of the patio chairs as a step.
