Otter 1 - Private Hot Tub - Bali Inspired Lodge - Bath - Longleat - Wiltshire

Absolutely wonderful experience at Otter 1, Hunters Moon. Everything was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, comfortable and clearly cared for. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to switch off and enjoy a proper break. From start to finish, our stay exceeded expectations. Otter 1 felt cosy, welcoming and special, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hunters Moon to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. A fantastic stay — 5 stars from us!

Lovely peaceful location. Surrounded by nature and yet close to great days out. Comfortable lodge by the lakeside, hot tub was a bonus. Easy to find by sat-nav. Will definitely go back.

Having to go home!

Clean and comfortable space that felt private. It was a peaceful area with ducks and geese, a perfect step back into nature. Lots of places to walk the dog.

There was no staff on the property at time of check in. There was also no where in the park to buy basics. There was no local shop either.

I paid for a birthday balloon package as a surprise for my boyfriend. I was assured that the balloons would be set up at the property before our arrival. However, when we arrived, there were no decorations or balloons provided. This was extremely disappointing and took away from what was meant to be a special occasion. I attempted to contact you immediately via the phone number provided and through Booking.com messages, but I have not received any response to date. This lack of communication is unacceptable. In addition, during our stay, we experienced a further issue where a rat was seen running from our cabin to another while we were using the hot tub. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety
