Location was lovely and quite, and well kept. Very cosy lodge.so nice to see the ducks and geese on the lake.

I felt the kichen wasn't as well equipped as it could have been. Lacking in basics like a chopping board, cheese grater, larger dishes. No kitchen spray, dustpan and brush or hand towel.

It was very lovely and cosy very clean only thing was we only had 1 toilet roll and we never had any change of towels but that might not of been included xx

The property was nice and cosy and the hot tub was nice and wall

I paid for a birthday balloon package as a surprise for my boyfriend. I was assured that the balloons would be set up at the property before our arrival. However, when we arrived, there were no decorations or balloons provided. This was extremely disappointing and took away from what was meant to be a special occasion. I attempted to contact you immediately via the phone number provided and through Booking.com messages, but I have not received any response to date. This lack of communication is unacceptable. In addition, during our stay, we experienced a further issue where a rat was seen running from our cabin to another while we were using the hot tub. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety
