The location
Need little update in areas bathroom needs shelf put yr toiletries on and proper on the wall toilet roll holder. Kitchen needs bigger frying pan cook steak in and dishwasher. Outside decking needs updating and gates just general tidy up. There all minor things still lovely accommodation decorated well. Enjoyed my stay slept well

The inside was clean & comfortable. Llocation was ideal just so peaceful & secluded. It was about 3/4 mile into town which could be walked on a dry day over the fields.
Outside the cabin needed some little TLC. A bit of weeding, a lick of stain on the decking & new doormats. The hot tub lid was difficult to put back on by yourself definitely needed 2 lift it. Personally for a “ boutique lodge” I would have liked seat pads provided for the outdoor seats which were just metal chairs. Took the cushions from the lounge outside to sit on to be more comfy.

Location was ok, although noisy in the evening with noisy drunk youngsters in early hours of morning.
For the price and being sold as luxury, it lacked some basic things. No bathroom shelf, extra pillows, dustpan and broom, outdoor seating poor, cheap plastic seats and no table. The bench needs repainting as peeling off and not suitable for use.
