Easy check in, good Comms, location, additional options.
The deck could do with a bit of TLC, some sticky up nails. Additional options went up 25% when I booked them, late check out for example went from £15 to £20. I had the option of not booking it, but when you are given a price it should be stuck to.

. Comfy bed Remote area
Dusty ...needed a good clean and only one toilet roll. We enjoyed the weekend away however the amount i paid its alot to ask for two toilet rolls. Plants/bushes/trees need cutting back also
