I liked the location and ease of checking in.

The place was not clean and needs a good spruce up. The standard was not what I expected for the amount that I paid. The check in and out times given on email did not match the welcome book. The keys were on a keyring barely being held together.

Location good but really needs a good clean everywhere

Close to our relatives bed was comfortable hot water

Very dusty in places uneven floor in bathroom handle off window in bedroom inside kitchen cupboards dirty and sugar container had dirty bits in . Smaller bedroom the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable.

Ideal location for our needs When railway station upgrade finished it will be a fantastic location. Local supermarket very close. Comfortable, spacious flat, great beds and towels Owners very responsive in sorting out problems with missing kitchen equipment. Dedicated parking spot and no surcharge for pet

Apartment was ideal for our short stay in Darlington to visit family. Clean and comfortable.

Good location. Close to shops, railway station and town centre. Good to have a designated parking space and to be able to collect keys from the lock box.

Would have liked to have some washing up liquid, tea and coffee provided.

Superb

The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and in a good location. Really comfortable stay for our family of 4 while visiting relatives in Darlington for a few days.

Only minor issue was that the hot water tended to be tepid at best.

second bedroom very small, not really suitable for a double bed. we struggled to get around the bed to open the window. no hooks or rail to hang clothes or anywhere to put a suitcase.

Perfect stay!

A large SUPER clean apartment close to town and next door to ASDA. Very quiet location. I look forward to my next stay later this year. The landlord is very friendly and quick in responding. Very professional. I highly recommend. One of the cleanest apartments I have yet seen.

There was a small issue with the boiler but the landlord came out in a flash to fix it.

The property was relatively clean

The flat is not ideal for children or animals. What was advertised as a double bed and large double bed isn’t what was received. The first room really was a single with a double bed as you only have enough space for bed and small table with literally a couple of inches between the bed and wall at the bottom. The kitchen is not very well equipped there was one pot for cooking and we had to purchase additional kitchen equipment. There was also only one tea towel. In the living room there is only seating on a very small two seater sofa which is cheap and not very comfortable. The noise when sleeping from the road and train line does not give for a good nights sleep so much so that we needed to wear earplugs. The flat needs some investment overall

It was really good Would definitely stay here again

The location was excellent. My daughter and family live about 500 yds away and they were my reason for staying here. The property was very clean and comfortable. Will hopefully stay again.

Nothing really. The radiator in the bathroom could do with a lick of paint. Maybe a few more toilet rolls and kitchen rolls. Perhaps a couple of things in the fridge - milk and butter. An ice tray would be good

Comfortable pad close to shops near to the town centre

Convenient location right next to an Asda and a Farmfoods store. Living space was functional and the appartment is full depth from front to back which aids in air flow if its hot weather. The bedrooms face into the close and peaceful for sleeping. Parking space had paved overhang at back which was handy as I was in a large work 4x4 truck

Considering two bedrooms with double beds, the lounge area only had one small sofa, but was OK for single or couple occupancy. Whereas Hosts said they had enhanced cleaning and hygeine for Covid, my main complaint was that the rubbish bins in the bathroom and main bedroom hadn't been cleaned out from previous tenants, containing a used face mask and cosmetic pads. I spoke to the Hosts when this was found and told they had just changed cleaners
