Clean, spacious and the settee was so comfy!!! Communication all the way through the booking was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others looking for a stay in the area!!!

The itinerary said it had a hairdryer but I couldn’t find one. Very minor niggle in what was otherwise a an excellent stay!

Accuracy of listing - said could have extra bed when we couldn't Communication prior to stay - ignored request regarding bed then didn't admit they were in error, sent wrong key codes, did not provide milk/slippers - would not expect this for the price, but don't say you will then don't...

It could have been cleaner, bathroom must have had a leak flooring was damaged and bath panel was damaged also dining chair leg was damaged really could do with a deep cleaning bedding was clean though but bed squeaky

Lots of neat little touches, attention to detail and interesting items/ pictures on the walls, plus a selection of board games and a lovely literary theme throughout.

The bathroom was dirty and there was marks on the doors where drinks had been previously split but not cleaned

I think this apartment is a little overpriced and in need of some upgrading.

We were visiting family who we have not seen in over a year due to Covid19. As we are still unable to stay with them, or stay in a hotel, this was the next best thing. The location for us was ideal.

The bedrooms were fine and clean, however the kitchen and bathroom could do with being cleaner and are in need of some upgrading. We were emailed the codes for the main door and our apartment on the morning of our stay, however on our arrival they didn't work. Not ideal in the pouring rain, but these things happen. We phoned the host who advised the codes had been changed and we were given the new ones. Slippers, milk and biscuits were advertised as being available, however there weren't any - not a big deal but don't advertise them if you don't supply them.
