Great location, nice warm too

Great location and it was lovely and warm on arrival. Private parking too was very handy. It’s a good little spot in central Darlington. Great value

It was a bit dark getting in and the shared hallway could have done with a good hoover. A rail or wardrobe in the bedrooms would have been good. Our clothes ended up on floor.

Great location and plenty of space but needs some TLC to bring up to a good standard

The location is great. Ideal for anyone wanting to go into Darlington town centre. Easy Parking. Easy to access the property. Plenty of space in the apartment. Heating worked well. Large supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The place felt a bit like a student halls of accommodation. The communal areas of the building were untidy and messy, granted they aren't part of the apartment but the owner needs to have this addressed with the property management. Their was random food in the cupboards and shoes and slippers in one cupboard. The place felt tired and could do with a basic but thorough overhaul. It has the potential to be a lovely apartment.

Spoiled by dirty communal area outside apartment, and cigarette smoke smell in lounge area

Central location for Darlington with parking outside the rear of the property (where the entrance was). Access to keys was via a key safe, with the code provided in a message via the booking.com app.

The communal area that we passed through to get to the flat was dirty (in need of a good hoover) and poorly maintained (e.g. one of the stair rails was missing screws and had come away at the bottom). Whilst the apartment itself was reasonably clean overall, there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lounge area. We also noticed some existing damage to the bathroom door. In one of the bedrooms, there was only enough room to access the double bed from one side of the bed, rather than from both sides. Overall, disappointing compared to other apartments we have stayed in that we have booked via booking.com in a similar price range.

This is a very basic apartment very poorly equipped and in need of some running repairers had problems with the heating and no hot water for two of our day beds were comfortable but cities in living area were very uncomfortable

Nothing really, it was the first accommodation I’ve ever had.

Lots of broken things in the house and very dirty, specially the kitchen. I even found shoes in one of the kitchen’s cabinets. It was quite disgusting.

Darlington Stay

Location great. Parking at the back great. Beds were really comfy. Sainsbury's over the road is a big plus too. Price was great. Right in town centre.

WiFi is appalling. I brought my laptop and couldn't use it. Damage done to doors and shower head cable tied up,pics sent to property. Definitely needs more stuff in the kitchen like a chopping board,trays for the oven. Would stay again if WiFi is sorted out.

Very good location with parking. Could have been so much better if some better equiped.

Absolutely perfect to walk into Darlington! Free onsite parking! Lovely kitchen fit out. What a pity about lack of utensils and basic furniture!

Bedroom 2 mattress springs were very uncomfortable. Both bedrooms no hanging space only bedside cabinets. Hot water ran out after a bath so cold water for rest of stay. Only one knife for place setting. No oven tray only pots and pans. No dustpan or broom. We stayed 18 days with no change of bed linen. One couch with a wobbly leg and only 2 mismatched dining chairs. 2 side plates and 3 coffee cups but two were cracked and chipped. 3 glasses of assorted sizes.
