A quiet spot with plenty of space for family of four.

Clean and neat. Easy walk to Hopetown and shops. Spacious for 2 bedrooms with separate lounge and dining and kitchen. Quiet

Front door key was a little tricky. The main bed was small and I could feel the springs in it. Only 2 loo rolls for the week. Not enough forks and dessert spoons for 4 of us. (Only 3 forks and 2 spoons!)

Good info given about check in and check out procedures. Amenities in the house were great. Internet was really good throughout. Great location for central Darlington. Alex was a great host.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, maybe in need of a new Mattress.

The place was lovely beds were comfy and location was good

There are steps going into bedrooms and a big step going down into bathroom which one of our party who is in her 70s fell down and seriously hurt her ankle This should flagged incase other older people are considering booking here Also if you want late check out give them plenty notice as we asked the night before our checkout but was told we were told it was too late and had to be out for 10am

Could be fantastic!

House is in a great location and a good size It could be a fantastic stay with a bit of work and thought. Bathroom/shower and bath were amazing. Seemed to be a Quiet area. Plenty of local shops, takeaways in the area.

Quite a few issues which are easily solvable. Only 3 cups - there were 4 of us. Pans and oven trays were Dirty. No curtain in master bedroom just a cheap venetian blind which wasn't great given street light directly outside window. Blocked gutter which kept me awake all night falling onto Lounge bay window roof and has caused issues on bedroom ceiling. Matress not that Comfy on double but singles were ok. I wouldn't say I don't like the above but it's just some positive criticism on how it could be better as I do think the house itself and location were good.

A lovely property that we will definitely book again.

It was a lovely cosy home in a quiet location within easy reach of the park, shops etc. A good size property that was warm and welcoming.

Short stay in a pleasant self catering house.

Very spacious two bedroom house. Large bathroom with a shower and bath which we always look for. Nicely decorated and good fixtures and fittings. Good communications with owner. Free on street parking outside the property. Good Wi-Fi for work laptop.

Minimalist approach to kitchen contents. All the basics were there just needs a little attention to the nice to haves. No colander, kitchen roll or dishcloth etc.

Great house, would definitely stay again

Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! WiFi, kitchen well equipped, towels provided. Dog friendly. On street parking right outside the door, never struggled to find a space. Would recommend and stay again

Pillows were super soft, firmer would have been better but that's personal preference, they were still comfortable. Blind in double bedroom let's in alot of light from street light and morning light. Maybe curtains would be better, but again that's personal preference.
