Great spot for a surf vacation for young travelers!

Simple rooms, but clean and comfortable. The shared spaces are great, it's a combination fo a hotel and hostel. The food in the restaurant was great, and it was so easy to arrange transportation, surf lessons, and explore the town on the cruiser bikes. Great value for the price and perfect location right in front of the beach. They organize activities like yoga and hikes, which are great for solo travelers who want to meet other people. Lots of young travelers and remote workers so highly recommend for someone in their 20/30's

Beds could be more comfortable. It's a bit lous as the walls are thin but quiet hours help.

This is a great place to stay if you want beach access

All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Also the place is very clean. It is right across the street from the beach

The location is great, by the beach. Staff is friendly.

1. It is announced as 'suites' which is misleading: the bathroom is shared for the whole floor (around 6/7 rooms). The bathroom is not cleaned frequently and you can find unpleasant surprises. 2. Email confirmation mentioned the breakfast options like 'queijo quente'(melted cheese sandwich) but they offered only pão na chapa (bread and butter). 3. They are building a restaurant in front of the guest house with noise and powder the whole day in front of the rooms. 4. The room window was facing an internal corridor. No good air ventilation. For 80 euros a night, it is a rip-off.

Location was unbelievable with awesome views and easy access to the beach

Could have been informed on the construction occurring on site. Locks on the doors to actually work. Toilet flooded throughout the night and a light was left turned on in an adjacent room which my window led to and the curtain of that window was to small so it felt like it was daylight all night. Also ran out of water on the upper floor when I arrived so the toilet and shower was not operating.

Valeu a pena!

Localização excelente! Limpeza do quarto. A decoração do lugar. A cozinha comunitária limpa e organizada. O astral de surf/praia da galera.

Do restaurante, que não sei se é dirigido pela pousada. O pedido veio errado e, depois, os atendentes sumiram do segundo andar, onde só tinham dois casais. Pode ter sido só naquele dia, mas não gostamos. Mas o lugar é bem agradável.

Café da manhã: Os pães vieram bem antes (esfriou tudo) do café. Não vale o custo. Não houve limpeza no quarto (a fachineira alegou que estava com muito serviço e não daria tempo). Não foi localizada uma blusa esquecida pela minha esposa na maçaneta da porta do banheiro.

El Paraíso en Río

Excelente lugar para quedarse! Es una experiencia única para hacer surf, tienen clases privadas para aprender desde cero, fáciles, el lugar es muy lindo, el sector dónde está ubicado es espectacular aunque lejos de lo que normalmente la gente busca (Copacabana) El personal es muy amable, servicial, ayudan con todo lo que necesites, tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. Se pueden rentar bicis muy baratas por medio de Uber cerca. En resumen, todo espectacular!

Los mosquitos, pero es normal en todo Río, lleva repelente o ellos te brindan!

Cama confortável, instalações limpas, recepção 24h, ótimo restaurante. A localização é boa para quem quer ficar no Recreio e proximidades.

O único ponto que nos preocupou foi a segurança. Entendemos que o ambiente é informal e descontraído, mas eles pedem para deixar a chave do quarto na recepção e é muito fácil pega-la de volta. Mesmo sendo um atendente diferente, que não nos conhecia, a chave nos foi entregue sem nenhuma confirmação. Além disso, é muito fácil para não hóspedes entrarem e saírem das instalações.

Higiene muito ruim, banheiro sujo, casa sempre muito frequentada por.outras pessoas que não são da.pousada, não tivemos higienização no quarto...Nada avisava no anúncio que o banheiro era compartilhado... foinum choque, mas... Não voltarei! As pessoas foram super educadas mas é um sistema de Hostel.... não de pousada, como no o anúncio.

Gostei das acomodações e a simpatia dos funcionários. Acordar a metros da praia e o visual do restaurante incrível!

Alguns serviços extras comparados com o mercado são excessivamente caros (por enquanto), como por exem o aluguel de bike (talvez porq tem poucas ainda), ou valor de aulas de surf (o hostel tem um volume grande de alunos pra conseguir baixar esse valor). O café da manhã poderia ser um tiquinho mais generoso. Ainda, os valores do restaurante são justos.
