Not the best part of Rio.

Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is in a not so desirable part of Rio, we had to be in this area for a conference. Unless you must be in this particular area I would avoid it. We were warned not to walk after dark, but there were no walkable restaurants in the vicinity anyway. Stay in Ipanema or another desirable neighborhood if possible.

Big rooms with balcony. Very good breakfast.

Quite far from the beach. Very expensive minibar with no prices displayed. We have paid for a few days water and refreshments 110 euros. Not nice…

Room, good bad and restaurant is good.

Pool is not opened on Mondays, but there was no prior notice, on the contrary, on Booking it says "all year round". Black coffee and the breakfast in general is good, except for the bread/bun. We sent an email requesting gluten-free bread, there was no answer at all and didn't have any on the breakfast. Didn't have any additional towels and sheets when we requested. The name implies the Hotel is close to Barra da Tijuca and nearby beaches, but it is really far, on Jacarepaguá neighborhood, we found that's a bit deceiving.

Good size on the room and the king size bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great and a lot of options for everyone.

The Wi-Fi signal was not working properly on the top floor and I had issues with it many times.

the area does not feel safe traffic starts at 5 am so that’s a problem if your room is on the avenue side traffic is a problem if you need to go to international airport or Copacabana, as it can take 1.30 hours

- Spacious and clean room. - Good parking.

- At 9 am breakfast was looking like the end of the party. - I had to exchange two cards/room keys in two days. The other guests complain about the same.

Okay for a day or so

The common areas of the Hotel was quite alright.

They put us in a room without toilet seat, I went back to the reception when I realised it was on our balcony so they moved us to a different room. Location wise, it’s a bit far from everything and there’s a favela on the other side of the street. Super overpriced since the hotel is well far from being considered premium. I’ve been to better hotels cheaper than that back in Spain during summertime.

My stay was ok but it could be better.

The breakfast, shower, and bed are good.

The rooms are old and need renovation. The room smells musty, the curtains and furniture are old and they are not in a good shape. The service team needs to be trained to meet customer needs and be cordial with customers.

The sheets smelled a bit rank, like they'd been laying there for a while without change. I'm not saying they didn't wash it. But that it was there I'm the locked unused room for a while.
