I asked one day before traveling about the e sauna, if there was a sauna and if it was working well, they confirmed but when I got there it wasn’t working what gave me a very very big headache one I needed to cut weight by using the sauna I was counting on it but I had to pay another place to use the sauna and was very hard to do it so.

Quick stay in Rio

The property and the staff are exceptional. The bed is that good that make us fell at home. Staff is very helpful and always available to help. Good place to be with walking distance to market, drug stores and restaurants.

Lindo hotel, cómodo y moderno.

El Hotel es muy lindo, el personal amable, el desayuno rico, la pileta estaba bien, la habitación era amplia y con servicios. La cama amplia. El aire funcionaba bien. Hay un supermercado al lado para comprar algunas cositas. Y cerca un restaurante. Está en plena avenida.

Un poco dura las almohadas para mi gusto, el hecho que tenga todas las ventanas cerradas era raro pero estuvo bien, está lejos de las playas pero a 30 minutos yendo en uber a playas de la barra.

El lugar es muy completo en cuanto a necesidades, el desayuno esta OK por el precio y tiene un restaurante

Tuvimos algunos problemas, algunos pasamos por alto y otros se nos hizo muy difícil, el ultimo fue que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el techo empezó a perder agua, nos pudimos dar cuenta justo antes de salir porque si no hubiera sido un desastre, hasta que nos dimos cuenta se nos mojó el calzado y la ropa limpia que estaba sobre una mesa, la respuesta solo fue cambiarnos de habitación, ni un pedido de disculpas ni nada, 1 hora esperando para que nos cambien y ademas de tener que guardar todo nuevamente y movilizar las valijas, no pedimos una compensación de ningún tipo solo un pedido de disculpas. En este cambio de habitación cuando nos fuimos del lugar y volvimo nos dimos cuenta que entraron a dejarnos la comanda de consumos de habitación anterior en medio de la cama, sin avisarnos, entraron y eso no nos gustó para nada, mas porque nosotros habíamos dejado todo a la vista.

Quest’hotel sembra essere sull’orlo della chiusura, mi è stata data una stanza dove non solo non funzionava niente, ma su di un piano dove (d’estate) non c’era alcuna a/c, si moriva di caldo. Me n’è stata data un’altra al piano di sopra, ma comunque la notte son stato di nuovo svegliato dal caldo (e in altri hotel, con le stesse temperature notturne, non era ovviamente successo). Al check out ho scoperto poi con “piacere” che le capsule del nespresso in stanza vengono fatte pagare. Al di là della policy sull’inclusione del caffè nel minibar, avrebbero potuto evitare come cortesia per gli altri disservizi. L’hotel si trova nell’ex zona olimpionica che però è ora piuttosto abbandonata, per arrivare alle spiagge ci vogliono 15 minuti di uber

modernes Wohlfühlhotel in Barra

sehr bequeme Betten mit hohem Schlafkomfort, moderne und große Zimmer und umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren leider nur für 1 Übernachtung vor der Rückreise. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Zum Strand sind es rund 6-8 Km, mit Uber oder Taxi aber kein Thema.
