It was a wonderful stay with amazing staff, delicious food, and a beautiful room with a stunning view.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! What I loved the most was the staff – incredibly kind, polite, helpful, and always smiling. The food was delicious, the location was perfect, and the room was beautiful and spotless, with a lovely terrace offering a stunning view. I truly enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back! 💛

A enjoyable cost effective waterfront vacation.

Very close to the water. Plenty of places to eat good food nearby. We felt safe in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rate was quite reasonable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious.

Warning! Do not book this Hotel! There is so much wrong with this Hotel! First of all, it is not sanitary! Out of the sink and shower comes brown water! Health Risk! The Room is Tiny and faces a realy unsafe area, that is super loud at night and you will not be able to sleep! After Dark it is very sketchy! Worst of all is the staff, they are very inpolite, should not work in the service industry. We complaint about the water and the pushed us of like we were idiots. We left as soon as possible. We had to stay one night due to the late hour. And one night is already too much. Breakfast was horrible, worst we had in all of brazil.

The location is nice, but everything else is horrible. Do not go to this hotel!

The water coming out of the faucets is not clean. It has a brown/yellowish color and smells. We complained to the staff and they told us that its because they pump the water themselves from the underground and that its safe but we both got diarrhea the day after taking a shower. We only stayed one night and left. The staff was super rude from the beginning and didn't want to give us a refund. Furthermore the hotel is dirty and with cockroaches everywhere. It was our worst experience in Brazil. I don't understand why booking allows the hotel on their website.

This hotel has a hard to beat location, which compensates for the average but ok 3-star and a little bit aged ambience. The hotel will happely provide towels to go to the beach for free.

Minha estadia de apenas um dia foi muito boa, com destaque para a localização perfeita à beira da praia. O quarto estava limpo e o atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. Além disso, o café da manhã estava gostoso, garantindo uma experiência completa e agradável mesmo em uma passagem rápida.

Não teve ponto negativo.

Problemas com o serviço de limpeza do quarto

Localização e atendimento da recepção. Iluminação e estrutura do banheiro. Decoração coerente com o tema marítimo apesar de móveis velho e enferrujados pela maresia natural do Recreio. Vista do Mar.

Limpeza dos quartos, pois foi dito pela recepcionista no checkin que bastava sinalizar com a placa de arrumação do quarto que as camareiras iriam limpar, mas durante as duas diárias não houve limpeza, sequer varrer o piso ou trocar as toalhas do quarto. Café da manhã e comidas com preparo de baixa qualidade. Uma das manivelas de água quente do chuveiro estava frágil quase caindo.
