Worst. Long distance from city bus. Or train station.

No breakfast. No water. No service. Nobody bothered your stay.

No service in room, no emergency water also provided by the staff. Room service not provided by them even after asking repeatedly. For dinner you have to walk 2km away. No help provided if required. Location is very odd. Pl do not choose this hotel. They will enter your room without informing you In your absence.

A joke 3 Star hotel with no hot water

3 Star classification is a gross misrepresentation to start with. The room (110) reminded me of my youth travelling to the Greek islands and being offered very, basically furnished room when disembarking the island ferries. The furniture looked old and/or acquired from cheap second-hand shops. The bed was reasonable, and the ensuite toilet/shower had been recently "upgraded" (new tiles). The worst part was there was NO HOT WATER available. Not just my room but in ALL ROOMS. This problem has existed for some time, and it has been reported to the headquarters in Rome on numerous occasions. It needs a new system, and the boss is dragging his/her heels in making the investment. It's the most basic requirement. NO bar or facilities to get tea or coffee. There are no facilities in the room either. The so-called lounge area is drab with mix and match seating. All in all, it was awful. In my 56 years of travelling, this must rate as the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in. This is not a 3 Star Hotel, and whoever classified it as such is a blatant fantasist. Further, Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listing as it brings the website into disrepute. I am usually quite generous in my reviews and shut my eyes to small issues. But this place is so bad it needs calling out. Sorry, but that is the way it is.

Location near the airport is good. It was clean and staff were friendly

This is not a 3 star, it’s a 1 star, dated rooms, air con didn’t work. Doors barely shut and locked and you could hear everything outside and next door. The worst thing was being locked in the complex when our taxi driver came to pick us at 04.30 with no staff and someone on the phone who didn’t understand the what was going on. Had to try and open the car entrance gate up with the taxi driver. Horrendous experience.

Fair hotel, close to airport.

Location; really close to the airport. If you wanted a cheaper room you can easily hire an e-bike and cycle in. The staff were helpful when I asked questions, booked a 4.30am taxi for me. There are low reviews for this hotel but I found you could pay same or more for a hostel and not have a private bathroom. So expect what you pay for. I found they have done the best with what they've got.

I think the reviews on line and here aren't fair to the establishment.

Pleasant

The bathroom is atrocious. And it's not because it's dirty. It's that it's so old and falling to pieces, it's impossible to be truly clean. There are open wall spaces everywhere, making me very nervous about unwelcome roommates of the 6-legged kind. The room had a strong cigarette odor. The hotel didn't have any functioning remote controls so the TV station could only be changed from the TV itself. The main room light didn't work. Please note that apparently this was the best room in the hotel lol. The "breakfast" was one single pastry and a cup of coffee. Compared to the countless other places I've stayed at for the same price or much less, this place is not up to par.

The room is very spacious, the beds large and comfortable. The location is just outside central Florence, one of the most expensive cities in Italy, AND it has free parking, so I can't deny that these are very strong points in one of the most overpriced, congested cities in existence. The staff, though rarely helpful, is admittedly warm and friendly. It also comes with its own restaurant, where my dad enjoyed a good plate of pasta. The staff there is very nice too. It's a damn shame they don't fix this place up a bit. They could have a very good thing going for them.

Budget accommodation for free parking and easy tram access to city

Parking (free) Tram within 5 - 6 mins walk - Out and right , 100 m then 1st left (at small bollards) , 200 m to garage, cross main road (traffic lights crossing) tram on lower floor. Euro 1.50 into city final stop (Unita) Once the Sunday cleaner lady made the bed properly with duvet the room was fine. Thank you. Good shower

Not so close & safe

Good bed. Decent Italian style breakfast (cappuccino & croissant)

Don’t think to go the 750m. from airport to hotel by night!!! It’s dangerous and difficult, you’ll cross several viaducts with no sidewalk. We got only 1 set towels for 2 people. No phone to call the reception and we didn’t want to go downstairs at midnight, so only one of our party got a shower.

I honestly cannot think of anything positive about our stay at Hotel Real.

We booked one night in the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport, but by foot it was very difficult to reach. Upon arrival our room had a very intense smell of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burns on our night stands, no towels available, almost no toilette paper, cockroaches, some animal feces that looked like rat poop in the corner of the room and a lot of loud noises throughout the night. It was our worst night in a hotel ever. The breakfast in the morning is just a croissant and a coffee, but when we arrived they were already out of croissants so also no free breakfast. I will highly advise against booking a room in this hotel.

Horrible and deceiving staff

The staff for my first night night was extremely rude and insulting. The AC didn't work even though they said at the front desk the AC was working in my room for an extra cost. It was very hot in the room and couldn't sleep.

Don't expect much, good for sleep over

Price to value ratio at a time of my booking was good. Location wasn't perfect but I needed parking and make some trips around, in that way it was good, Florence city center some 20 minutes drive, but close to highways aswell. And in walking distance I found a nice pizzeria (not the one in hotel which wasn't open) without any tourists, which was nice.

Facility was generally neglected. Breakfast was pretty much a croissant and coffee in plastic cup, not really worth waiting for it. First sight cleanliness is okay, but you don't need to look too much closer to see things you don't wanna see...

My worst hotel I ever visited.

I do not recomend families to visit that hotel. The hotel room was significantly worn out. Corridors, walls dirty as well bathroom. Cleaning lady did her best but beyond her possibilities. I felt very bad there. Breakfast means a croasant with coffee in plastic cup or plastic cup watter.
