Great stay! Great rooms! Great hosts!

Fabulous hosts with a lovely, chic property. Rooms were large and very enjoyable. Close to great restaurants. Hosts were extremely accommodating with luggage, recommendations, and made our stay the best!

Fantastic stay

We loved the bed SO comfortable. And the owner and her husband were absolutely fabulous. If I ever need a place to stay near the airport I will definitely stay here again.

If I ever need to stay near the airport again I will stay here, but take a taxi to and from. Was definitely a bit much walking with my backpack....

Overall, this is a great place to stay for the beginning and end of your trip in Florence.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and Giulia, our host, was a delight to interact with! very warm and helpful, with a lovely tray of snacks in addition to coffee/ tea and the accompanying plates, mugs etc. She also gave us an amazing rec for a restaurant down the street which we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise, with a 10% discount!! The home was just a 7 min drive from the airport, perfect for our last night in Florence if a little far out in terms of public transit from downtown.

FABULOUS!!!

It was fantastic! Giulia was so helpful in many ways! I, we highly recommend this place! Extremely convenient as you are close to the airport and 15 minutes away from the center of Florence! The room was very spacious and comfortable, you can’t even hear the traffic or outside noises. Superb

We wanted to be near airport for an early flight. It was perfect for that. Owner was very responsive, helped arrange taxi. She even made reservations for us for a lively restaurant ended up being a wonderful experience. Nice touches in the room. We were able to make coffee at 4 am and even had some snacks.

All around lovely & comfortable!

This place is heavenly! Our guests made us feel so welcomed that we decided to stay an extra night. Easy to reach from SMN, lovely to walk around. Beds where made every morning and all toiletries replenished as well. There was a tray with coffee, tea and treats for the morning. My son and I loved it! Thank you Giulia & Gabriele!

The place is very nice and cozy, super close to the airport (we walked easily), they did everything they can to help us with our late check in (even offered to come pick us up from the airport).

Convenient to the Airport!

This property is very convenient to the airport for super early flights. It was super clean and the hosts were very nice. The bed and pillows were memory foam and very comfortable. We stay in a 5 star hotel the night before and the bed was more comfortable than the one there!

The shower water didn’t stay hot very long, so I took a cold shower.

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms and toilets are well cleaned. The bathroom and toilet is separate from the room which only we can access. The management staff is friendly and started talking to us before one day of stay regarding the ways to reach home, it was helpful. The room is spacious for 2-3 person. We even got bus tickets from them and ofcourse it is paid, but if we didn't get it from them, we can't able to travel because nearby bus stop don't have tickets. We did early morning checkin by paying extra 15 euros. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Nice stay, would recommend

This hotel is close to the Florence airport. Our flight left very early in the morning, so it was quite convenient to go there by foot. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Some street noises might get through, also we heard noises in the hall through our door, when someone laughed or spoke louder. All in all, it was not a big drawback for us.

Fantastic accommodations! So easy to access the property, fantastic location. Do yourself a favor and book this place! Would love to stay here again in the future. Comfortable bed, ample space, beautiful courtyard, great facilities.

The street is a little loud at night, but earplugs helped with that.

Though it is a bit far from the city center, the area is well connected. A few minutes walk and you can reach the tram to go throughout the city. The bed was wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was offered, that was good and abundant. There was more food and drinks in the mini bar, prices for these products were affordable.

A spacious refuge on your Florence journey.

The room was spacious, had free wifi, a desk, minfridge, tv, an armoire, a couch and a big comfy bed. The bathroom was similarly well appointed. Check-in was quick and easy as you could want, check-out was too. Giulia and Gabriele were very helpful, even arranging a taxi pickup on our behalf. The location is close to food, the airport, and very close to transit options. A light breakfast was provided, and a very reasonably-priced minibar was available too.
