We booked our one night here mostly because it was close to the airport and said it had “shuttle to airport”. When checking in we found out there is “some times” a shuttle (for a fee) which wasn’t available for us. They did call us a taxi. Also, we had NO HEAT, in our room, and it was very cold in Florence the day we were there, apparently they don’t turn the heat on till Nov, 1st. ☹️ Last but not least was we had brown rusty water COLD coming out of our shower, so ALSO no hot shower 😡. The staff was very nice though. After being in Italy a month on holiday, it was very sad to end our vacation like this.

I didn't like the room, it wasn't well maintained. The curtains were slightly dirty, the bathroom was quite small, the remote was broken, the sink got clogged even though we hardly used it and never put anything down it, and the nearby vending machine sometimes didn't work. However, I did enjoy the workers there, they were friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

The pillows on our bed had dirt stains on them, the shower was clogged and immediately filled up with water, the elevator was in poor condition and seemed as if it could use repair. The staff was very nice and helped the check in go smoothly but we were not impressed with the facility. Would not stay here again.

Nice staff and location of hotel is very convenient to airport. Nice breakfast. As soon as you come into hotel though there is a pungent smell that is also noticeable in rooms. Once we were at the airport the next morning, I noticed bed bug bites ( three bites in a row on my arm).

There is no shuttle service provided by them as mentioned on website . Misrepresentation on the website. I was ready to pay but the female staff was very very rude when I ask them about misrepresentation on website about the shuttle service. They don’t even let me talk to manager. And one black lady at front desk refused to hold my bag until my checkin time. Was very very rude. They spoiled my vacation.

It was a fine hotel for one night before leaving on a flight. Close to airport. Very friendly staff. But I had a noise party going on and traffic noise. So needing to get up at 430 am was hard. Plus I am glad I set an alarm because the wake up call never came. I would have missed my flight.

Our experience was awful! The water in the shower did not get warm at all. We asked the front desk to see if someone can look at the water or change our room if possible. The maintenance people came in changed the shower head and said it was working just fine. The water NEVER got warm at all. We were in the hotel for a total of 3 hours. We checked out and left after that.

Stayed one night with family due to very early flight and close proximity to Firenze airport. Modern hotel, easy access from Firenza S.M.N. via taxi. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Lobby vending machines provided access to quick snack and drinks upon late afternoon arrival. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not very good. More like cafeteria food. We should have eaten at the pizzeria down the block. Taxi at 04h30 provided easy trip to airport, since hotel shuttle does not operate at that hour. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had requested connecting rooms, but received rooms across hall from one another, which was acceptable.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were awesome. The only complaint I have is the mosquitoes that came in when I opened the window and patio door. I got several bites, I would recommend not opening the door to the balcony or the window.

Convenient and near guidoni tram stop. Direct trams so Firenze Smn and all attractions. Limited food options but bar and restaurant on site was reasonable. Elevator rooting . Dated facility. Hallways had a peculiar smell. AC almost did not work but as a blower .front desk helpful.stow bags on last day to squeeze in a visit if having late trains or flight.

The one downfall of the room was the shower. It had only a half glass that was supposed to keep the water from spilling on to the floor. It didn't work. Had water all over the floor. What a mess. This is a terrible design. Also, in our room, the wifi was very weak.

TERRIBLE!!!! Stay somewhere else. The rooms are old. The furniture is stiff. The bathroom is small. We had a tab with a shower wand but it doesn't fit a normal height person. The AC didn't work. Seriously one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

Overall this place was fine. Basic amenities and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza from the bar that was better than expected. Interior was very dated but for the price, it was fine. Area around not great, but I didn’t need to leave once I got there. A bit noisy due to trains running nearby. Cab to the airport cost about e20. Good place to stay if you have an early flight.

10 minute walk from Guidoni Tram stop. Room ok, beds ok. Strange layout in bath with a towel rail within, where the shower head should be. Not many sockets & zero USB charging sockets. The tilet door on 703 is poorly fitted & only closes with persuasion. Hinges need adjustment. Breakfast not wonderful but very good pastries & coffee. Staff all helpful & mostly spoke excellent English.
