Great place to stay close to the airport. Super friendly staff.

Breakfast was good Room was basic and small, but it did serve the purpose of a transit hotel for our trip and we were only there for 8 hrs

It was good and the location was ideal to the airport/car hire/bus to Florence

We stayed when we arrived and when we left Italy. It was very clean and the staff were friendly/welcoming.

The one thing I would say is that we got down for breakfast at the time of original stay and there was not that much food left, although it looked like a couple of families had had a banquet!! The second time we styed we had to leave to get our flight at 5.00 am.

Leaving Italy after a month long stay, ready to take the easy way home.

It’s one stop on the tram to the airport, but a fifteen minute walk. Staff are really nice and spoke English. Rooms were clean and quiet. Decent restaurant a five minute walk from the hotel.

There doesn’t seem to be any thing interesting around it.

Very loud road noise and music made it impossible to sleep.

The location was good, close to the airport and the rental car return. We went to a great steak restaurant for dinner, which the front desk had suggested. It was a short walk from the hotel.

We had a room on the street side and were up all night due to road noise and loud music. We selected this hotel so we could be well rested before a full day of traveling but did not sleep much due to this. We also saw 2 cockroaches in the breakrast room.

Not many nice restaurants nearby. Room was a bit small, but we were there only one night. Finding the place was a bit difficult.

Solid option for the price.

Breakfast was provided, rooms were cleaned daily and staff were nice. Overall very good considering the price :)

Only 1 check in counter so we had to wait 30 mins before we could check in. Location is a little bit far from transport options and also the city centre. You get what you pay for so don't expect everything to be 5 star.

Perfect for a short stopover and very good value for money

The location wasn't brilliant but we didn't expect it to be - the price was very good (cheap) the rooms were adequate and clean, the shower room was small but clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was better than we had expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as we arrived in Florence a day earlier than our flight. I wouldn't suggest staying for a long holiday but it was perfect for what we needed.

Super nice, assistive and helpful staff, convenient checkout out time, nice big balcony, A/C, clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast included.

Wifi was not reaching our room properly, but there was very good connection at the reception and breakfast room.

Exceptional

Don't judge this hotel from its facade! While the outside is a bit old and grey, the rooms are fully renovated, clean and extremely comfortable (best bed I ever had in a hotel). The staff is outstanding. We arrived very hungry late at night and they organised a (huge!) snack for us!
