We arrived very late, around midnighr. The hotel was unmanned, bu keys ans instructions were prepared in an envelope in the reception, so that part worked very well. The room however was in very bad condition. The doors on the closet were partly missing and partly broken. A drawer was also missing. The toilet was leakong, so in order to flush, youbhad to open a valve, wair a few minutes to fill up the tabk and then close the valve again. The heating was off and the blankets thia so we didn’t sleep very well. We requested a refund, but were offered 50% off on our next stay. We will not use that…

A bad experience. The toilet was running all night, it was very noisy. The bad experience was topped by only having cold water in the bathroom in the morning. And yes, we let it run for a long time.

The hotel was supposed to have a breakfast. It did not. For three nights of our stay out of four there was no hot water. The fridge didn't work. On the second day of our stay, apparently during cleaning, some of our food disappeared from the room (was stolen). We asked for a "No disturb" door knob hanger (to prevent future theft) and were given one that was created in front of our eyes by handwriting on a piece of paper. The manager of the hotel was in Rome and unreachable. The total impression was that it was a low level hotel in the third world country.

The place was extremely disappointing. No phones in rooms, key was tricky to use, and if there was a fire it would have been stressful to get out.no light blocking curtains, no bath mats, bathroom sink was plugged and nothing was done to fix it although we reported. It x2. Shower stall was disgusting and NO HOT WATER during our stay. The walls in our room looked like they slapped a coat of paint over mould stains and there were stains on the walls. There was no place to get coffee I could go on but you can get a sense of what it was like. Staff was great and helpful but I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I did not stay at this property because the minute we checked in it looked like a prison. I gave it a chance by waiting on the room and when we were presented the room, it did look like a prison cell , the bathroom was all funky and moldy. we had to scramble for a hotel room right away online and left in a hurry. This is a disaster Expedia you should never list this hotel because it is non-operating it is dirty it has mold and it is just dirty, repulsive hideous in the building is falling apart. I am gonna file a claim and it’s a good thing I got insurance for this reservation. l.

My wife and I were traveling Europe for our honeymoon and this is one place we decided to stay. We were led to believe the hotel had laundry and was close to lots of places to eat but this was incorrect, all the restaurants close by were all shut down permanently as far as I can tell and the only laundry service was almost 15 euros each to wash and dry which is maybe normal but when we’re let to believe the hotel had this service it’s something we did not budget for. As for the room the floors were dirty with broken tiles that moved when stepped on, the shower head holder was broken(not a big deal but annoying) and there was only one towel between us which is not super fun when you have been traveling all night and sweating all day and all you want to do is shower before bed, I asked for more towels but apparently that was the last one and we just had to deal with it(not a big deal I know but it seemed like things kept getting added to the pile, although he couldn’t help us with most of the issues the man at the front desk front desk was friendly and he tried to help us so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all the photos look much nicer than the place and they are not accurate at least in the room we stayed in and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very strong Smoking smell on the room and bathroom even though we don’t smoke. Struggled to sleep at night due to that smell. As we had a pram. Staff was very helpful to take the pram upstairs to the room. However, if there was big it would have been very helpful.

Very arrogant staff and not gentle to welcome us. My wife booked in this hotel real because they confirmed and given the confirmation number. We went in that hotel to rest for nothing and more than 5 kms away we take the bus from center, and only they said we have no room for that price I booked and they cancelled, because they said the price of their hotel is up, less than €200 then we leaved! After then one staff try to turn back us in hotel but were upset and angry for there arrogant treating us.

Looking for a place to park our rental car and be close to light rail in to town this seemed to fit the bill and at a great price. Once my wife read some reviews she asked me to stay elsewhere, figured lets give it a shot... she was right! Except for the price and a friendly manager nothing good to say about this place. If you still feel like trying it would recommend reserving one night, whats the worst that can happen?

Booked the hotel REAL, when we arrived there the hotel was shut and no information. Asked around I found that the hotel was shut month before. No information to us .Than we start running around in the taxi to find an other hotel.With lot of time and hassle we found one .Where as we end up paying high price to the new hotel and taxi bill was similar to hotel price. Its shame really that we suffer all this because of hotel management and cost me extra 150 Euros. Evan I have paid all before hand at the time of booking.

The staff was friendly and helpful, checkin was fine. Don't ask for directions if you need specifics, we got vague abd hoped for the best. No air conditioning, not updated, pillows were basically as thick as a piece of cardboard. The bathroom was dirty, and hairdryer was probably 50+ years old. The elevator was barely big enough for a suitcase and a person.
