Very good value for money.

Room was a good size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lovely bread and cheeses. Alba, I think that was her name, was friendly and helpful and the breakfast man was just as good.

Shower took a long time to heat up. When it did become hot it had very good pressure.

Not impressed by anything..

Nothing much. The staff were not very helpful, the receptionist when we arrived was more concerned about being in his phone. No refreshment facilities and bad lighting in the room. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

Distance from motorway. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant in the centre of Chartres, a 10 minute drive from hotel.

Good for one night in transit

Close to the motorway. Fast-food restaurants very close. Extremely friendly staff. Felt cautiously safe in the area. Breakfast was okay. Grassy areas for the dog.

Even though we had the air conditioning unit completely switched off it woke us up every half-hour with very loud gurgling noises.

Basic room but good value for money and the breakfast was superb

The most amazing thing about the property was the breakfast. Particularly, the tea. There was loose leaf earl grey tea and little bags to make your own tea bags - simply brilliant. There was also fresh squeezed orange juice. The food was lovely too!

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything . The room was basic but I expected that and it was on the 2nd floor but there was no lift. However the lady on the staff asked if that was ok and we agreed that was ok. It was a bit of a hike so maybe when we stop there again I’ll request a ground floor or first floor room.

Highly recommended

Rooms were spotless, bed very comfortable, air con worked perfectly. Excellent location for a 1/2 way stop between the tunnel & central France. The receptionist was a delight and her perfect English was a great help to a weary traveller with limited French. Choice of places to eat within walking distance. Great value

Comfortable spacious and convenient for a family

Large comfortable room with bath and 2 single sofa beds made up. Electric windows and blackout blinds. Great location on our route with MacDonalds and KFC with kids indoor play areas right opposite

No bin bag in bin, bath plug cover no attached. No lift only stair but not a problem for us

Very good value

The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and really effective double glazing which makes the room very quiet even though the hotel is next to a very busy road. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a great choice .

The area is a bit run down, with 2 closed down restaurants opposite the hotel. There are still 4 other eating places (KFC, McDonald's, Asian +1) very close by Also the Aldi supermarket which used to be 500m away has been demolished. 😩

Suitable for an overnight stop on a journey

Good location off the auto route en route to Calais . Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Le Boucherie was a walk away and the food was good for an evening meal. Also this hotel is offered a discount on the menu price . The reception area was clean and neat. The stairs and corridors were clean and carpeted,. The room was quite big and well insulated from road noise so was quiet . It was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The bathroom was tired and well worn .It needed re decorating . The paint was coming off the over painted tiles . The shower door was scaled with wear . It needs a total re furb . It is a left over from when this hotel was an Etape or B & B . There was mildew mould on the ceiling and shower surrounds . However the water was hot

Easy convenient family stop and refuel heading south

Really convenient stop on the way South on family holiday. The room was big enough for 2 adults and our teenage boys on arm chair bed converters, big buffet breakfast always good value before heading on.

It was all good. Possibly more tea and coffee making facilities in rooms but it's all downstairs anyway so am happy with everything.

Our family room was in 3rd floor without elevator, but that wasn’t so much trouble for one night. Staff does not speak much English, but that can be expected in France. Wifi didn’t work well on our room. Also I wasn’t able to make charger work for my car.

Dead rats outside. Reception who could not get equiptment to work. Bed so uncomfortable we could not sleep, Very small room. Having to pay for breakfast in past out ibis style always included.

The bathroom had various faults: The shower waste trap must have dried out as it smelt bad. There was no hot water to the shower. The basin waste stuck closed so we could not use it. As a consequence we could not wash and left without breakfast.

Not as good as it looks in pictures

It’s fairly clean hotel, nice staff. Rooms size are more suitable for two people than a family.

The place didn’t look as good as it look in the pictures. The family rooms are too small for 4people. Tables are too small to put things on it. Breakfast are very basic.NO LIFT. Toilet seat didn’t feel strongly secured on the wall. Hot water temperature In the shower don’t always seems to come out as set
