Hôtel du Château Bois Guibert

The place was very nice and quiet. The food was delicious, so far it was the best food we ate in France. Our rooms were very cozy with extremely comfortable beds. The owner was very attentive. I wish we would find this place earlier so, we could spend more time just relaxing and enjoying a good food, comfort and quietness.

Staff were very nice and welcoming, breakfast was very good and also our evening meal was excellent all the staff were very accommodating and attentive, rooms were comfortable and spacious but would benefit from Air Con in the main Chateau. lovely gardens with interesting sculptures

We booked 2 twin rooms for 4 adult male friends, but on arrival we had been allocated 1 Twin & 1 Double room, it took a little while to get sorted and we were eventually allocated a 2nd twin in the annex. the reason given for the mix up was because we booked online!

Beautiful room and grounds, lovely breakfast. Staff/owner very friendly. Happy for us to bring our dog.

We had a fantastic stay! Our spacious room was in a separate building across the courtyard from the main house, with our own patio set to sit outside: The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, including air conditioning which was perfect as we stayed during a heatwave! The food in the restaurant was very good, and even tho there was a limited menu for dinner( chef was off ill apparently) and we enjoyed a drink in the bar. Breakfast was excellent. There is also a shady deck at the back which was nice when we oil coffee outside. Gwennalle worked her socks off to make us welcome and comfortable. She is a star! Thanks again for a fabulous couple of nights 🙂
