The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. The manager should congratulate the staff on their customer service.

A good stay at this hotel. The lady on reception, Miriam, was very helpful, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much trouble. A very good nights’ sleep. A lot of people at breakfast but plenty to go round, and again, a very efficient service. Well done. Merci beaucoup.

We have been looking for a hotel midway between our home in Northumberland UK and our second home near Valencia Spain for our regular trips. This hotel is perfect for us. Secure car parking and we can arrive late with a pre arranged entry code. The hotel is very well presented, nice gardens to the rear of the property, rooms are super clean, comfortable bed, big TV, hot shower and toiletries, coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t try breakfast but will next time.

We stayed here for one night on our way from UK to the Dordogne.It’s very easy to find, just next to the N10. Very welcoming reception staff, easy checkin. The hotel is very clean & tidy.Room was on the smallish side but perfectly adequate for one night. Good bathroom where everything worked ok.No restaurant for evening meal but the P’tit Gourmand is just next door. The meal there was good value, though choice a little limited. Again, pleasant staff.One tip - if you turn left out of the hotel door there is a pedestrian gate leading to the restaurant. This gate stays open all night. Hotel reception closed at 8pm so we were given a code to get in through a side door. You don’t actually need the code, you can just swipe your door key card. Much easier!

We booked a room with lounge to accommodate our two dogs. When we arrived we were told dogs were only allowed on ground floor and we were moved to a room which was much too small. Expedia knew about the dogs and had checked they would be allowed but obviously didnt know about the restrictions.In all other respects this is a lovely little hotel. It doesnt have a restaurant but there is a really good, reasonably priced one right next door, and breakfast was beautifully presented in the conservatory.

Lovely Motel and good position. Major problem was we arrived at 1700hrs but the gates to car park and reception were not operating until 1800hrs. Felt this was a bit late especially as we had pre booked and had been driving from 9am. and were not aware of restricted opening hours. Most of the motels we have visited have had reception available from 1600hrs. Everything else was fine but for the price charged we would have appreciated earlier entry so as to rest before going out to find a suitable restaurant as there was none on sight.

Have stayed several times before, but no recognition of this by management, who are efficient but not over welcoming. They did phone the restaurant for us to hold a table though. The rooms are very simply furnished similar to Campanile, Ibis etc. but with a better large shower. The free locked car park is a big attraction for us, plus the excellent reasonably priced restaurant adjacent. The combination suits us for overnight. However, double rooms only get one sachet of coffee,tea, milk for two persons and the meanest quantity of shower gels ever seen. It is important to note that the hotel closes at 10.00 so late check in could be difficult. Restaurant closes at 9 p.m. and nearest alternatives are about a mile away. Did not try breakfast. Lights in room were very dusty. This is a motel and lacks the usual logis atmosphere, but it is convenient, beds are comfortable and the rooms at the back are reasonably quiet. Front rooms suffer from traffic noise unless you keep windows closed. Some ground floor rooms could be disturbed by guests arriving by the night entrance.

Very clean and comfortable, and good value. Beware it isnt actually in the village given, so dont put that in your satnav - stay on the N10. Its on the outskirts of town but there a couple of restaurants nearby. No bar in the hotel though.

This hotel maybe a little impersonal for some but perfect for overnight stay. The accommodation was great and exactly what you would expect. Very clean and lovely shower. Very good parking. No Restaurant for meal other than breakfast (which was good continental style) but really enjoyed our evening meal at the independent Restaurant next door Au Ptit Gourmand (wholesome food and delightful people)
