Dog friendly. Handy for a supermarket and several restaurants.
The late check in screen needs a bit of work. Hard 'taps' needed to get a response. Persevere.
Extra pillow would help.

Clean tidy room
Noisy guests outside the window late at night. Noisy guests jumping and banging around in the room above us causing our room to shake.. This went on well into the night and started again early in the morning. We got very little sleep.

Fairly basic hotel but provides everything needed for a stopover while travelling. Good size room and adequate storage space for clothes etc.
Good location - close to the motorway, a lovely Leon restaurant on the same site and a LeClerc supermarket close by for shopping and petrol.
Would have liked a kettle in the room, but probably not affordable at their reasonable prices

Stayed here many times, it is convenient for onward travel, good value, simple but sufficient breakfast and as it's on a commercial area there are plenty of restaurants at hand. Chartres centre is a great place to visit and only about 5 miles away.
Everything fine, no complaints

The room had enough space for two people and plenty of shelves to place things. There was air-con/heating, and the temperature was pleasant. The bathroom was pretty spacious. The room was quiet, and we weren't disturbed by either outside or inside noise. The front staff spoke English.
The breakfast was pretty scarce - typical sweet French breakfast with no cheese. eggs, meat slices etc. The neighbourhood was problematic because the hotel is separated from the city of Chartres by two highways. It is impossible to get by foot to the area on the other side of the road despite what Google Maps claims. We made the mistake of taking a bus that didn't go to the hotel only had a stop ca. 1 km away from it; we thought we could get by foot to the hotel and were greatly disappointed. There is one bus to the centre of Chartres with a stop very close to the hotel, and it takes around 30 minutes to get there; it goes 1-2 times per hour.

The room was clean, and was probably above the usual standard of Premiere Classe hotels. It has good parking and is a few minutes' walk of restaurants and shops.
The price of the breakfast has increased since last Autumn and we didn't feel it represented good value for money any more, so we had breakfast close by.
The soap dispenser was empty on arrival which I found annoying and sloppy housekeeping. Although we had our own toiletries, it meant that we had to dive down into our bag every time we wanted to wash our hands.

There’s plenty of choices for restaurants.
Good parking . Comfortable beds .
Men talking outside our room at 3 am smoking.
Shower head wasn’t adjustable. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The soap dispenser had to be fixed by the receptionist.

This is our go-to stop on the way south. It is consistently clean, friendly and reliable, and very good value. A minute’s walk from Italian restaurant and another minute in the morning to the most amazing boulangerie.

It’s on an estate with late opening and dog friendly restaurants. Handy. The staff member on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Tiny thin pillows. Coat hangers you can’t hang anything on. No hairdryer. Only beer available for drinks. No kettle etc in room.

It was nice to stay at this hotel on our way from England to Portugal. The beds are confortable, the rooms are clean and staff are very friendly.
There wasn't enough towels and the reception was close at midnight, so no one to ask for more towels.
The breakfast is really limited, orange juice, machine with coffee and chocolate tea and water. Bread slices to toast and mini croissants, just butter or jams to put in. No Ham or Cheese, not worth the money I paid.

The team were friendly and helpful, hotel was easy to find and well placed among restaurants and shops. Room Was clean and warm
Only a little thing but the card needed to be inserted to activate the lights, I didn't know this and it was dark when we arrived, so it took a while to find that's what I needed to do. Could be easier.

The staff behavior at the reception was not friendly at all.
We found bunches of hair under the blanket cover which my wife did use the blanket at all.
The toilet flash didn't work at all and the room was stinking badly. We had a horrible night. We survived as it was a one night stay. We would not go to this hotel at all again.
