The Residence is located within easy walking of the town centre and is on a very quiet street. A big bonus is the free onsite parking. The staff are very helpful and discreet. The breakfast choice is fine although once c hosen we were given the same thing the next day as well. Not an issue as we were not expecting it to be included anyway. The apartment was very spacious with everything you need to self-cater and a large balcony. Everywhere is clean, modern and fresh - more like a hotel than a retirement home. We didn't use the swimming pool although it looks lovely. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Chartres - it is a cross between a hotel and a self-catering apartment

Wi-fi is only available on the ground floor but there is plenty of seating there where you can log in.

Unusual mix of residents returning from injury or illness and visitors like us, but it worked well. The room was more like a mimi apartment with everything one might need. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and close to Chartres centre and the cathedral. The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was modest but good and the price very good. Secure, free parking a big bonus.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement pour la présence d'une piscine. La piscine n'était pas chauffée le 1er jour et hors d'accès le second... rien nous a été proposé en échange et la dame a l'accueil s'est excusée en nous expliquant qu'il s'agissait d'un problème de thermostat et que ce n'était pas la première fois que cela arrivait, ce qui rend le tout encore plus révoltant. Si nous avons su nous aurions pris un airbnb 50€ moins cher en ville ! Le ménage dans la chambre laissait à désirer, et il y avait un troupeau de moutons de poussière sous le lit.
