Location was great, very close to the cathedral, parking and all the restaurants and bars
The carpets were patterned which I think they were hoping would cover up that they hadn’t hoovered! We noticed it more because we took the stairs. For a 4 star place a kettle and tea/coffee would have been nice-just water left in the room. Leaking tap in the bathroom made a bit of a mess, and there was a smell of drains in the bathroom.
The beds were comfy though, and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of space to get a table. Decaffeinated coffee wasn’t on offer, but we also didn’t ask for it so maybe they have it? That would have been good.

Location is great. Breakfast is very good.
We requested parking, but on arrival we were told that there was no parking available. Had to take the car to an underground car park about 15 minutes walk away. Our room was in need of some T.L.C. Bad stains on the carpet, stains on the chair and other things in the room.
