Beautiful apartment. Had all the comforts and facilities we needed. The location was perfect.
The location was excellent. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The facilities were excellent. The flat was warm and there was plenty of hot water.

Lovely accomodation in a great location
The apartment was very clean and well equiped. We visit Chartres frequently and will definately use this apartment again.
The restaurant food was poor on our visit.

Loved the place and will definitely return
Excellent rooms, very helpful staff and good restaurant. It’s very close to the center of town but quiet in the evening ( September)
It’s not that I disliked anything but here’s a few suggestions. Perhaps print a map showing drivers how to find the car park, also I’d suggest providing guests with the number of the parking bays that are closest to the hotel ( the car park is under ground and huge!) I’d also perhaps inform guests in room 1 where we stayed ( a beautiful and large suite ) that the bathroom and toilet are effectively part of the bedroom and not everyone might be comfortable looking at their partner sitting on the loo!
