Very smart hotel with friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and the decor was attractive, as was the rest of the hotel.

We stayed during cold, wet weather. The room could not be heated about a pre-set temperature on the air conditioning and it felt cold to sit in though ok for sleeping. Also there was no heating at all in the bathroom, which was colder!

Now charging as a 4* hotel, it doesn’t come up to a 4* standard. No heating in the room, no soap in the shower, hairs in the bathroom !.

A very good 3 star hotel.

Had stayed there twice before when was a Kyriad but definitely improved more now! Staff were very friendly, bedroom was quiet, comfy bed, great shower. Food was good in evening and at breakfast. Dogs welcomed and good space around hotel for them to run.

Great hotel for a stopover.

Very nice, modern hotel. Tea making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Parking outside the entrance. Helpful staff. Restaurant.

Nothing not to like for this price, it's not very cheap but it feels much better than a budget hotel. It's in a spread out industrial area and not near the centre of Chartres so you would need to drive into the centre but for an overnight stopover it's fine.

Very spacious rooms with good facilities

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped with tea and coffee, and extra pillows. The beds are large and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and located within a short drive of shops and restaurants. We usually stay at another budget hotel close by but thought we would try this one. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Great value for money.

I booked two rooms in advance as we are a family traveling together. Unfortunately, our rooms were not together and were on different floors of the hotel.

Easy access to hotel on outskirts of Chartres

Evening meal was fully booked prior to arrival - however we were given details of local car parking and town centre restaurants which were worth the effort

It was good value for money, travel stop over on route further south. Expectations were low but it had decent size rooms and comfortable beds and bed linen.

Tesla supercharger very close

Elevator was broken, had to carry our heavy bags on the stairs to first floor. Room smelled very musty. Shower wasn't completely clean. Bed was uncomfortable because pillow was too thin. Floor wasn't completely clean. When I opened curtains and window, bus was parked in front and it smelled like pee.

Comfy hotel with a super restaurant and private parking.

Friendly helpful staff at reception and in the super restaurant. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast. Comfortable, spacious room with a large bathroom. We had a pleasant view from a large opening window. The air conditioning was welcome. Lots of private parking.

Ideally located on the edge of town and with plenty of EV charging, which I need, this is a good value hotel that offers comfortable accommodation.

A very enjoyable short visit to this beautiful city.

We have no complaints at all, rooms beds etc all high standard in this chain hotel. Plenty of parking space and an easy drive into the city with city parking advice from hotel receptionist. Dog friendly, he enjoyed it too !! Buffet breakfast good.

A super hotel with excellent staff, facilities and lovely restaurant.

We have stayed here many times on our way to and from Spain but were concerned as the review rating had dropped. However it was really excellent and no cause for concern. It is under new management and such a great improvement with lots more good changes to look forward to. We like the location as it’s quiet and easy to find. The price is also good and the dinner and breakfast was delicious and all good value for money. The staff were super friendly and welcoming especially Alexia in the restaurant, Philippe and of course the new Director Alexander. We shall definitely return and would highly recommend it.

There is nothing to dislike. We had a couple of light bulbs not working and they were changed immediately.

Nice and clean, great showers and very comfortable bed. Had hot drink facilities in the room, which was great for an early start.

The restaurant was closed for the weekend, after 10hours travelling this was one of the reasons we booked, unfortunately we then had to drive to find somewhere else to eat.

Everything about our visit was excellent!

Philippe remembered us from previous visits with our dog Jarvis. All staff were fantastic. We had our motorhome with us and were able to park in a large space which was excellent. We will be back!
