Very modern, clean, comfortable towel with great facilities. Loved the little kitchen are and easy underground parking. Breakfast was very nice too. Close to the magnificent cathedral and lovely old town and to the river for great dog walks. Staff were lovely.

The location was excellent for a short walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfy. The car parking was very convenient and opened as soon as we arrived. Reception staff were attentive and helped with directions to town. Breakfast was excellent.

Loved the room, everything was clean, the little kitchen area was an added bonus, and the fact we could cook and sit and eat at the table in the room after our 5 hour car journey was so welcome. The location was excellent for visiting the beautiful Cathedral town and the beautiful Christmas Market, just a short walk away. Parking was excellent. We will definitely use this hotel again
The positioning of the very large recycling/rubbish bin just inside the bedroom door meant the door between the bedroom and the kitchen area couldn't be closed, and unfortunately the rather loud noise of the fridge motor... (as it got to temperature) was going on and off all night. It kept me awake for hours.

On arrival an immediate request for a deposit in case of breakages was unexpected and put us on edge for our stay. An unfortunate feeling when trying to relax after a long drive with 3 children. Also the rooms in which we stayed weren’t fully equipped for the number of guests. The double room had only one bottle of water, no milk for tea and 4 hand towels for drying rather than larger bath towels. The hot water in this room (318) also wasn’t effective. We had to have mild showers in the morning followed by tiny towels for drying. Similarly in our triple room (320) there was not enough water or milk for 3 guests and only 2 towels available. It really is details like these that are quite important when you are staying for one night to break up a long tiring journey. Breakfast was also a little disappointing for the cost. We felt that there were limited options compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Finally emptying our own bins seemed like an unnecessary request considering the amount of money we paid to stay.
