Just about good enough for a one night stay.

There was very little to positively 'like' about the place. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, so a good night's sleep possible. The staff were friendly enough.

There was plenty to dislike. The hotel really was just a basic outdated bar (full of old men gambling and knocking back small glasses of spirits or wine) with rooms. If you have any sort of mobility issue, forget this place; the staircase is lethal. The door entry system requires you to enter the PIN and in a micro second push the door open (door is not at arm's length). Bathroom was small, old and only just clean enough. The lighting was terrible. One low watt light in the centre; no bedside or table lamps. No desk level socket. Door to the corridor heavy and difficult to open. Parking was possible outside, but would have been more assured that my car and its possessions would still have been there the next day if they had offered a space to the rear of the property where the owners parked...in a huge open space. Not a hint of any basic food on offer, and nothing much within walking distance except the excellent boulangerie next door. Shall not bother with a return visit.

entrance for the reception isn't known, the space outside the window was full of garbage, and i couldn't sleep all night because of the noise of a sort of a motor, so i am glad i didn't stay there formore than one night

For one night on the way is good. We did travel with family, the location is good for visit city Chartres, cathedral and so, is near to walk or go with bus. Stuff was very kind and helpfull. We had car full of our things for vacation, but we could put it in the garage over the night. The rooms are small, but clean and there is all what you need incl. linen and towels. Downstairs is small bar of the same owner, but this close at 22 hour. Surroundings is a little problem, typical outskirts of french cities, because this i dont recommend for longer stay for a family, but for 1-2 night its ok.

A convenient location. Pleasant staff who are always willing to help.

The first room that we were offered had a problem with the loo - the cistern wouldn't fill after flushing. It was also not very clean and very small, which is a challenge when travelling with a medium sized dog. We've stayed here before and always been offered a larger room. They moved us to a larger (and cleaner) room, with a working toilet, where we were much more comfortable. Unfortunately we overlooked the back of the bakery next door and were woken, and kept awake, by the coming and going there from about 4am....

only problem was noise, we had to keep the window open because of the hot weather and all sorts of noise came in from the outside. I would like to point out that the noise didn't belong to the hotel but was coming from the outside, so the hotel is not really to blame

Not a lot to like about the property. Center of town and easy to find.

Above a bar/tabac which was full of men. Also, men congregating in the doorway of the property smoking. We had to go into the bar to get the key. The room was VERY basic. Travel lodge in England is far better than this ... !!

A bit rough in a dodgy area.

Pleasant helpful member of staff who handled the check in. Bed fairly comfortable, shower good, everything worked in room (TV, radiator, electric window blind) Price of hotel reasonable.

The hotel is in a busy street, the check-in had to be done in a bar next to the hotel, the bar is frequented by rough looking local men of mixed nationalities who also stand outside of the entrance smoking and are kind of in the way of the entrance. The hotel seems to have people permanently living there, a strong smell of cigarette smoke was in every corridor and in the room.I was concerned that I had to leave my car across the road from the hotel. The room on booking.com showed it had a bath but there was only a shower in our room. Uncomfortable pillows.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner

L'accueil il vous donne la clé il vous ouvre la porte terminé, le bruit du voisin du dessus qui m'a déranger jusqu'à au moins 23h00 voir plus comme le lendemain je partais très tôt à vélos (7H00) donc c'était un peu juste voilà une bonne soirée à vous et à bientôt dans un autre établissement.

L'endroit était vétuste, il n'y avait pas d'alèses sur les matelas, literie pitoyable ( sommier troué, sale, housse de couette troué) L'évier de la salle de bain était bouché. La responsable a refusé de nous offrir un café le matin pour nous dédommager du lavabo que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Hôtel très suspect.

Connection wifi archi nulle La propreté de la chambre était quasi inexistante. Il y avait des poils dans le lit, de la saleté dans les tiroirs, les bondes et la cabine de douche étaient sales et moisies. Selon l’affiche dans la chambre, les draps sont changés une fois par semaine. Cela signifie quoi ? Que j’ai dormi dans les mêmes draps de celui d’avant ??? D’où les poils !!!!
