I used to stay in the hotel before it became an Ibis and the rooms were more comfortable then. To have a small moveable table like the ones they use in hospitals on which they put your meals, is not necessarily a good look in a hotel!

Excellent pit stop for those travelling/passing through. Quite and relatively comfortable rooms; friendly service; easy parking and lots of dining and shopping options nearby. A dog was barking in the room next to us shortly after we arrived, another neighbouring room made a complaint and the lady at the front desk quickly dealt with and resolved the situation professionally.

Convenient location to break the trip from South France to the Netherlands. It was a hot day, but the room was well airconditioned, and comfortable sleep for all 5. The hotel is located in a commercial area, so shops and selection of restaurants. But we drove into Chartres to have dinner, see the Cathedral and light show. The breakfast looked fine, but we were in a hurry so stopped at a nearby bakery for a croissant to go.

Located on the outskirts of a Zone Industrielle it’s not pretty and the rooms do the job but are not large. On the other hand it’s easy to access for north south transit through France, with plenty of food options if you don’t want to eat in the hotel, and a boulangerie and major supermarket nearby if you don’t want breakfast. Dinner was very good though - especially the salmon ... it’s great as a stopover or for business but if you’re actually visiting Chartres you may prefer something with more character in the city centre closer to the cathedral in particular.

It was a little difficult to locate.But lovely clean hotel, with very nice bathroom. A little tight getting around the round, but we were only there for the night, checked in late, left early. Our biggest concern was we like A/C. You have to request a room with A/C, not all rooms have it. Luckily it was a very cool evening, so we survived with out A/C. So be sure to request A//C if you want it.

A nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Our stay there was very comfortable . Food was very good at their restaurant. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.
