We enjoyed a relaxing stay in peaceful surroundings.
The location is great and the proprietor is very helpful and friendly. Our two dogs were welcome and the gardens lovely to walk around.

Breakfast was Ok nothing special. Expensive for what it was. Not used to having a shower sitting down in the bath - not great!

Poor WiFi. No restaurant. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. In fairness the website didn't mention a restaurant, so I guess that's my fault. However after a 8 hour drive I was tired and wanted a little more The owner was very friendly so I don't want to be too harsh

big disappointment due to a very uncomfortable bed.
location and surroundings.
Room was in need of updating. bed was small and uncomfortable due to old spring mattress which had a dent in the middle. pool was not accessible and I specifically chosen a pool with the accommodation. Room and bathroom had mould and no shower curtain. flys and mosquitoes due to no net on the only ventilation window. minibar was kept in a fridge which wasn’t working. out of all this the comfort bed was a big letdown and a sleepless night as result.
