Noisy, dirty and of very poor quality on several aspects

What did I like.... Nothing, in consideration not even the price makes things even mildly ok...

The hotel is noisy, dirty and of very poor quality. In addition the communication with this hotel was horrible. We wanted to "check-in early" for just the code / access, so we could spend the afternoon with the family we were visiting. We asked for a 11-12 period to drop by and just do the formalities. No.... Was the answer after 24 hours. Then another 24 hours later the answer was that the reception was limited open but we could do the registration on the outside automation 24/7... But obviously only after the 14:00 start time.... Which is why I contacted in the first place. Almost as if I spend ~40 nights on average in hotels and Booking.com is just the backup for when my regular chain isn't available. Upon finally arriving, the morning opening hours are till 11..... It would've been a single note of "try before 11 and we will see what we can do" that would've started things very much differently. The lack of communication had me consider alternatives as I could cancel right up to 14:00... I regret this to have remained a consideration because the poor communication was the least of the final list of frustrations. Noisy is an understatement, you can hear several floors above and below you. You hear the people walking outside, not just them talking, no their footsteps while things are closed. This place is as noisy with doors and windows open as it is with them closed. Dirty... The floor was sticky to the point you have to wonder if they use coca cola to clean with. The bathroom was worse with the nastiest of stains and the only clean thing appeared to have been the linnen. Linnen on a bed hard enough to smash rocks on. Quality. Air conditioning wasn't working, could only heat. Air circulation was absent for effectiveness as the holes in the bathroom to the outside meant the bathroom was fresh and cool, but the rest of the room was stagnant, humid and smelly. There were three outlets in the room and 1 usb wall plug.

Receptionist, although she was amazing she was not able to explain the parking. I speak English and Spanish but unfortunately no French which I shall remedy the situation. I would expect in this trade another language is important

Dans le centre, plutôt pratique.

De très mauvaises odeurs que se soit à l’accueil de l’établissement ou dans la salle de bain de la chambre (remonter d’égout). Beaucoup de bruit. Petit déjeuner ouvert avec 15 minutes de retard. Pas fou quand on est pris par le temps.

Pour une nuit hôtel satisfait et sécurisé, le seul bémol c’est le parking qui est payant .

Proximité du centre ville , pas de bruits aux alentours entrée sécurisé .

Odeur d’égouts quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre , lit un peu dur (mais cela dépend des personnes reçues) , pas de sèches cheveux .

La gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil, la qualité du couchage, la propreté et le calme (hormis un voisin qui est rentré tard mais, cela n'a pas duré !) le petit déj très bon pour cette gamme d'hôtel, l'emplacement

La salle de bain un peu petite, mais c'est lié au type de gamme d'hôtel, même si elle était bien équipée, avec une douche bien chaude et aves une bonne pression (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas, y compris dans des hôtels de catégorie très supérieure !!!)
