Comfortable stay over en route to final destination

A little unexpected. Gated accommodation and turned out to be mainly a home for old people. I think (but I’m not certain) that they let out spare flats. Very spacious pleasant accommodation.

Realised too late that towels and other items were missing. The concierge finishes at 8pm and only cleaning staff thereafter.

As an overnight it was fine. I would use it again now I know how to get in and out of the building!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Spacious rooms.

At arrival reception gave me my apartment key and told me where to find the apartment. Later I took my dog out for a walk, leaving by the main gate - which was open. On return the gate was closed. Went in via small gate some way away from main one. Then could not get back into the building. Had to buzz for assistance and told to use key fob. In the dark it was difficult to see where the fob had to be touched, but trial and error got the main doors open. Next morning I left at 6.00 am and reception is not manned until 8.00. I drove the car to the main gate which was closed as it had been the previous night. There was an infra- red light which was pointed down at the car and two warning lights on the gate. But the gate dod not open. Went back to building and after five minutes or so a lady went into the reception and spotted me. She said the automatic opening device did not work and that you had to use your hands to push the large sliding gate open. Reception really should explain to guests how to use the key fob to re-enter the building and having said that I would be leaving around 6.00 am explained that you had to push open the main gate. In the dark and heavy rain this was quite a process.

The wifi was disappointing as it is not always compatible with Apple and the signal was very weak.

Environnement très agréable et calme. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé notamment en terme d'accessibilité (douche, toilettes...). Possibilité d'accéder à la piscine (selon son ouverture). Le parking et le wifi.

Bonne expérience

Les appartements sont spacieux et calmes. L'endroit est vraiment paisible. Le personnel est réactif. Nous avions loué un appartement avec deux chambres et il manquait un lit dans une des chambres. En compensation on nous a proposé un appartement supplémentaire pour la 3eme personne.

Les toilettes sentent l'urine les appartements sentent l'hôpital il y avait peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Manque d'une plus grosse casserole. Le liquide vaisselle horrible !

Séjour agréable et confortable

Nous avons apprécié l accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, le calme, la tranquillité de l hébergement, la salle de sport et la piscine étaient à notre disposition et cela étaient appréciable et bien agréable !!!! L appartement est propre et fonctionnel et le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain est grande et moderne et le linge de maison est fourni c est bien appréciable ( pas besoin d emmener vos serviettes et vos draps) !!!!

Peut-être juste un petit peu plus de vaisselles pour cuisiner comme, une passoire, un couteau à pain, des couteaux à steaks, un peu plus de casseroles et de poêle mais, c est juste une suggestion pour nous qui venons qu un week-end ou quelques jours 😊
