AMAZING experience - loved it all! (our favorite place during our month-long tour of Italy)

The view from this apartment is THE BEST I have ever had (and I have travelled all over the world). Sina, the host, was amazing and so very helpful! We LOVED everything about our time in Varenna . . . so much so that we changed our travel plans to have another night here. The restaurant (for the breakfast) is AMAZING, the location is incredible (so easy to get to Bellagio by ferry).

Varenna is a perfect getaway on Lake Como. It’s surrounded by mountains (snowcapped in February when we were there) and

Location to ferry, restaurants and the spectacular views. Excellent hospitality manager Sina - he could not have been more polite, hospitable and accommodating.

Our apartment was split level with balcony off the bedroom on top level. Not a problem for us and neither were the stairs to entry level or the internal spiral staircase. It may be an issue for some. We left our luggage on the entry level/living space.

Wonderful stay on stunning Lake Como

Sina, our host was very available to assist with all pre-arrival planning as well as available during our stay. Our unit was spacious, comfortable and had a spectacular lake view. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Divina Vita Apartments.

Location and friendly welcome

Off season so the bar and restaurant closed very early in the evening, and no where else was open in the town. Could do with bath robes in the apartment.

Great stay with super nice view and service from property manager

The balcony at the 2nd floor has a dream view of the lake in balcony. Sina is super helpful and reached out to me via WhatsApp before check in and recommended some interesting place to visit around lake como.

Sofa bed at the ground floor apartment are not comfortable. Bedsheet, and quilt cover doesn’t fit Location is ok and easy to reach via a nice coastal walk. Though there is a short section with pebbled floor, luggage had to be carried across the section. Breakfast was downstairs at Molo restaurant with only outdoor seats, it was too cold to enjoy during winter season to enjoy the view.

The most amazing place in all of lake como

This is the most perfect place to stay in all of Lake Como. The town is straight out of a book. The apartment is more than perfect!! The bed was excellent, the pillows , the quietness of its surroundings, the views from the veranda , breakfast …. The list could go on. Perfection! But the best thing about this property was Sina, our host. We have never met a more genuine, hardworking, eager to please young man. He made our stay an amazing one. Went out of his way to make sure we were very comfortable. We have been staying in many places in Italy , and generally the Italians aren’t friendly nor eager to assist. Sina, on the other hand would add value to any property he would work on. My hat off to such a hard working kind young man! I wish you lots of success in life.

The location was divine! Overlooking the water, close to great restaurants, the walking path and nice stores. Could not ask for a better view of Lake Como. Our host Sina was the best there is-he is so kind and genuine and always available to help with recommendations, reservations, and requests. Sina is a gem- and the breakfast included at Bar Molo was a delight each morning. Highly recommended!

The most magical and hospitable stay! The best place we have ever stayed!

This was the best place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled around the world. The host Sina was the nicest, most helpful person we have ever encountered! He reached out to us weeks before our trip to offer to book restaurant reservations. Then during our trip, he was extremely responsive with any questions we had and gave us a ton of transportation and travel recommendations. On top of this, our stay was perfect! The place was comfortable and clean and the view was the most perfect spot in Varenna, overlooking the water! We also got free breakfast at the restaurant below us, which was the best view of the lake!!! We will be recommending this place to all of our friends and family!

The photos don’t do this justice! The location is amazing, the apartment is bright, airy, beautiful and has windows and a patio opening direct to lake como!

The room was great. It is a spacious second-floor apartment with a balcony that looks out over the lake. The manager -Sina- was very responsive to our questions and needs. When we had trouble finding the place, he come quickly to meet us, then insisted on carrying most of our luggage for us.

Our only concern was that the apartment was difficult to find in the winding up and down streets and alleys of Varenna. Directions could be clearer.

Fantastic location, very comfortable apartment and great service

The apartment was directly above a restaurant with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake. We loved sitting out there and enjoying a meal or drink. The apartment was large with a kitchenette, lounge with couch, tv and dining table and a King sized bed. The bathroom was well lit. Breakfast was included from the downstairs restaurant, Bar Il Molo, and the food was high quality and decent serves. We were a short walk from the shops, ferries and tourist sights. When we arrived, we were given a beautiful plate of fruit as a gift. Communication from the hospitality manager, Sina, was excellent and he provided links to restaurants, ferry and train timetables etc. We had a lovely time

The wifi was patchy in Varenna and didn’t really work. Sina gave us a gift of wine as an apology, although the issue was more the town than the apartment. There is a bit of noise from the restaurant on the evenings and mornings, but it stops around 10pm and starts around 7 which was manageable. You can close the window shutters to reduce the noise if it bothers you.

EVERYTHING about this place is magical. The property was well maintained and close to the water, Bar Molo, gelato, and walkable to the ferry, restaurants, and the train station. Sina the host is exceptional and made our stay absolutely perfect.

Perfect 2 day getaway central to all things Lake Como

Terrific apartment with view of the lake and great access to restaurants / walking path. Our host, Sina, was VERY responsive to our many questions before we arrived as well as when we were there. He met us at the square, carried our bags, and arranged hard to get reservations. Could not have been more helpful.

We were not aware there would be so many steps and that the bathroom was not on the same floor, but it worked out fine.

Spectacular stay with host who bent over backwards to make it effect

Sina communicate communicated with me through WhatsApp a regularly before I arrived. He made sure that I had a taxi waiting for me at the train station. Upon arrival, he was there to take us to our apartments. there was nothing he wouldn’t do or couldn’t help us with. he arranged for an incredible dinner for us along with a hilarious shuttle that took us up the mountain. The apartment was more luxurious than we could’ve rented about. We’d considered staying in a hotel nothing was better than this beautiful apartment. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfect. I would tell everybody to choose these apartments before staying in any hotel!

Loved our stay. The apartment was spacious & clean. Excellent location. Small balcony. Just above the lakes shore. Breakfast cafe location & food were excellent. Fresh orange juice was especially amazing. Sena the apartment contact person was beyond accommodating with dinner reservations, suggestions, transportation recommendations and a care package of food & drinks for our very early ride to the Milan!

Felt like we were staying with friends on the Lake.

Our spacious suite overlooking Lake Como was all that we could have hoped for, but the best thing about our stay was the kindness and attention provided by our host, Sina, as well as the staff of Bar Moto, the café next door that is associated with the Divina Vita apartments. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for its convenience to the ferry, its view, and the host.

Amazing view and an incredibly helpful host!

I like the view — it gives the best view of Varenna, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful. He helped us book tables at restaurants, gave us the best advice about Lake Como, and welcomed us with a fruit dish.

We had to carry our luggage from outside to the apartment. The path was long and tricky, especially with large suitcases.

Everything was five stars. The personalized attention from Sina was beyond anything (he help us in all means: booking dinners, helping with our bags and checking out the night before as we were leaving early (he make sure we have a breakfast to-go as we would not be able to take it in the venue).

Best location in Varenna

A truly magical elevated location with breathtaking views. Excellent breakfast provided at Bar Molo downstairs. The apartment is on 2 levels with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a large living space and kitchen downstairs. All spaces offer incredible vistas and beautiful furnishings. One of the best places in Varenna and to top it off there is Sina, the manager. In over 40 years of international travel I would have to say that Sina is probably the best host we have ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble for Sina and he is a lovely friendly man who is always available. 20 stars for Sina. If this place is available just book it.

Fantastic apartment in stunning, central location.

Sina was a fantastic host, on hand for any queries. Breakfast included was a lovely perk and the location was beautiful. The views are stunning. The apartment is over 2 levels, quite steep steps. Very spacious and clean, air con was lovely and cool. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views from the most beautiful B&B in Varenna

LOVED EVERYTHING!!! The location can’t be beat. The views are better than the photos can show. The beds were beyond comfortable. Everything was so clean and beautiful decorated. We were there in July and the air conditioning was superb. The breakfast at the restaurant below was wonderful and it has a lake front view. We had 2 breakfasts, a lunch, and a dinner at that restaurant in our 2 day stay. Sina - The owner is the best we have dealt with in all our travels. He went above and beyond giving us suggestions on restaurants and excursions … he made both our dinner reservations including the most perfect sunset dinner right on the lake… best view in Varenna. I was traveling with my university age daughters and Sina made sure he met us where our taxi dropped us off and helped us with our bags… carrying all four suitcases up to the top floor. My only regret was not staying longer. THANK YOU SINA!
