Varenna Caffè Apartment

Really well equipped, comfortable apartment in a really good location right on the side of Lake Como. Great air-conditioning in the bedroom and lounge areas and a nice little balcony to sit out on to admire the views and observe the street life below. The staff at the Varenna Caffe below the apparent were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even preparing a packed breakfast for our early departure on the last morning. One chap even had his mother bake an apple pie on the last evening so we could have some to take with us on the morning of pur departure.

Some of the pictures and decor in the apartment were a bit dark, but it was still exceptional accommodation. Unfortunately the weather was quite poor when we were there, and the lakeside at Varenna is clearly something of Tik-Tickers or the like hot spot for posing for pictures, which could sometimes be a bit annoying in the narrow streets.

This place is a beautiful, cozy dream. My wife & I didn’t want to leave. Worth every penny. The staff (Andreas) were so nice & helpful that the stay was perfect. It was. 10 out of 10!

A perfect location anywhere on Lake Como. A stunning view right from your own balcony overlooking the lake. Much better than expected. Andrea and his family were awesome. The staff from the restaurant below were incredible. If you want an authentic place in Italy, I would highly recommend this place.
