Hotel Strasbourg Montagne Verte & Restaurant - Free Parking

The location was nice. A river ran at the back of the property. It had good access to Strasbourg central by tram or uber.

There was no fridge in the room so our food was spoiled. One staff member begrudgingly gave us some ice for cold drinks, the other was more than happy to help. The pillows were very flat. We found them very uncomfortable.

Location is great, very quiet but close to the city center, the stuff is great, rooms are compact but tidy

Location was good - close to a tram station and only three stops away from the heart of the city. There is also an easy walk into the city (1.7 km) along the river.

The breakfast buffet is very good but it is in a fairly confined space which leads to a lot of queuing/waiting

Front reception very hospitable could not have done more...answered all our requests.

Stayed at the property for four nights....Two days the room was not serviced. The excuse we were given was that the staff are not able to read and therefore the request card to clean room was ignored. Ridiculous as the cards were colour coded and even if a person cannot read they can decide between red or green. Reception once again assisted with providing clean towels, however beds were not made or changed. Also the room was very dark...on the ground floor next to the car park...apart from motor vehicle noise and people walking past the window talking, the window and the shutters could not be opened to let in air and lights.
