Great place for a short stay.

Location, close to the tram stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Will use again when revisiting Strasbourg.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall .The Reception , waiter , and cleaners were very good !

The comfort and the cleanliness of the hotel . It was a peaceful area. Our room was kept clean and towels changed, everyday . The Reception staff were very helpful . As were the cleaners , and waiters.

The food in the restaurant was ok , but we would have liked more vegetables on the menu , as being a French cuisine , it lacked vegetables on the menu , most things were with Chips !! Choice of Tea would have been nice too . As asked for Lemon Green Tea , there was none ?

Front reception very hospitable could not have done more...answered all our requests.

Stayed at the property for four nights....Two days the room was not serviced. The excuse we were given was that the staff are not able to read and therefore the request card to clean room was ignored. Ridiculous as the cards were colour coded and even if a person cannot read they can decide between red or green. Reception once again assisted with providing clean towels, however beds were not made or changed. Also the room was very dark...on the ground floor next to the car park...apart from motor vehicle noise and people walking past the window talking, the window and the shutters could not be opened to let in air and lights.

The room was as advertised; the staff was very nice and professional; and above all the breakfast was 10/10 (worth every penny)

Honestly not much negative point to raise. A lower pricing would have been better but quite worth the money i would admit

A nice and convenient place!

It is a very nice and clean hotel. Perfectly situated, especially if someone travels by car, as it is very near to the national road. The tram stop was just a five-minute walk away from the hotel and after 4-5 stops (about 10-15') we were at the city centre. The parking is free for the hotel guests. We enjoyed the breakfast and our stay was very pleasant. The staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for everything!❤️

Our room was above the car park so it was a little loud in the morning due to people leaving but that's the luck of the draw.

A comfortable stay

We liked everything - the location which is away from the busy-ness of the tourist centre but easily accessible by tram or on foot, the garden, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant. There's no air conditioning and the temperature has been over 30 but we kept the door open and closed the shutter to sleep, and it was fine.

The staff were great and the restaurant very good. Tje location was good, about a half hour lovely walk along the river or a tram stop 5mins away. Secure parking for our motorbikes

The room was tiny and the bathroom minuscule!! Weather was hot and no fan so pretty uncomfortable. Floor was pretty dusty anything on there got grubby!

Location as it's just a 20 minutes' walk to Petite France and Norte Dame cathedral. Morning breakfast is good. Free and ample parking available. Staff are welcoming and helpful to assist as always.

The mattress could need upgrade as it's already sagging on parts. Room is small, there's no space to open and close your luggage bag unless it's on the bed. M35 is just next to the hotel, so it's noisy if you leave the window open.

The hotel is located pretty close to Petite France: 5 min bz car, 30 min walk or with a public transport. The rooms are small and that is ok for France))) though the bed are comfy, rooms are clean and there are even a kettle in every room. We"ve had a breakfast and the dinner at the site, this is just great! Highly recommended this hotel for few nights stay,

Fantastic!

Our stay at your hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with a range of local products from Elzas. The room was comfortabel, quiet and clean. The parking was safe, spacious and free of charge. The location was great, just a 20 minutes walk alongside the river to get to the historical centre! We had a wonderful time, would recommend!

Wish we’d asked for a room away from the car park, as it was quite busy in the morning. We had to have the window open as there was no air con so it was quite noisy. Not an issue though as we needed to be up for breakfast anyway

The staf was friendly, the room sufficient for a short stay when you do not bring too much luggage and it was situated close to a tramstop 5 stops from the center of the old town or 25 minutes walk from la Petite France along a canal.

Great location with easy access from motorway and a pleasant walk from hotel to Strasbourg centre/old town. Staff were friendly and helpful and room comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking with barrier security access

A fairly quiet location, but walkable distance from the rail station. A nearby tram stop gets you into the city centre in a few minutes. Would stay here again for a return visit to Strasbourg.
