Very nice

Overall it's a nice apartment, but it is detached from the main hotel, so it feels more like an apartment than an hotel. The location is great and the reception experience was good. The apartment is big and cozy, but I did not like the lights which were very bright and white, and some of the small lamps did not have proper electric plugs

Would recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place was tidy, quiet and private while very close to the centre of the city and all amenities. We slept well and ate adequately. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom clean, well maintained and well ventilated. Spacious bathroom.

The room could do with a lick of paint as there was scuffs .It was difficult to get the bathroom tap to run cold water

Fantastic location as very central and near to lovely cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast was expensive at 16E and was basic, so I went out to local cafes. It would have been nice to have at least a nice coffee facility in the hotel.

Good for a short break.

Good location , friendly staff,good room layout as we travelled with an older child.

The very tight and winding stairs..do not take a large suitcase. The room was hot although plenty of fans were provided. The fans and floor were both dirty and dusty. One small loo for a 2 level family room and no vent.

The apartment needs air conditioning and was a little further from the hotel than expected (access via a narrow staircase was difficult with a case).

Would still consider staying there but not in the apartment

Location was great. Walkable from the train station and in the middle of the old town. Rooms were small but clean.

We were in a small apartment across from the main blg. Entry to the blg was not attractive and we had to climb 4 flight of stairs . It was not too hot so we were OK without AC. The main issue was the noise from the street that lasted until 2 am with people screaming

The style and look of the property is really stylish and pretty. The room is small but has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

An ample and well-lit apartment.

It was comfortable

The sofa appeared to be showing signs of age and could benefit from some maintenance. The shower was quite compact, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved. It seemed to lack a little attention to detail. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, although the seating area is somewhat limited, and we experienced a bit of a wait for a table.

Couple 2 night stay for 50th birthday celebration

The location is great and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. On arrival, when I asked if there was a map, the receptionist was super helpful & gave me a printout map & pointed out the main areas of interest and gave us restaurant recommendations

Its only a little thing....Being British....we do like milk in our tea & coffee but unfortunately there was none in the room, I did ask the man in reception and he gave me a jug of fresh milk which was kind Also there was only one cup (paper) for our tea/coffee and it was a booking for 2 so I took the paper cup from bathroom to make it up & expected the cup in bathroom to be replaced but it wasn't.

Practical location. Despite the comfortable bed don't recommend the apartments.

The geographical location in the city was a positive point. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well furnished but we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment had a bad smell, resembling sewage. Also, our apartment was located just over a restaurant/ bar with noise and activity (not Sunday though) until late and early morning (7 am) deliveries. We would have appreciated a friendlier welcome.

Great city break in Rennes!

- Very friendly staff, they were happy to explain in French and English and were very clear. - Good facilities, we didn’t have breakfast, but the room was very clean and had everything you would need for a city break. - Very comfortable bed. - The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the centre of Rennes, making most things a short walk away. There are also lots of bus stops nearby, including the C6 bus to and from the airport. The Metro service is also very good.

The only downside was that the room was a little on the small side, but having booked a ‘cozy room’, we were expecting it!

Rooms we stayed in (406 & 409)were rather crammed with hardly any space for two carry-on bags. Room vacating time should be at least 13.00 giving guest at least time to have some lunch.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Value for money. Helpful, friendly staff. We originally booked a cosy room which as soon as we saw knew it would be too small & too cramped but luckily were able to change to a comfort room for a small price increase.

Nice location, cosy rooms and tasty breakfast. Everything is clean. Very comfortable beds. A lot of good restaurants near this place.

Nice business trip to a nice city in a nice hotel.

The room is small, but has all it needs. Only the split toilet without a bathroom sink is a bit unusual. Quality of interior was very nice. Good french breakfast, nice people, speaking English well. The hotel is in the city center, a lot of nice places in walking distance.

Great location, beautiful apartment with all the amenities you’d want.

Loved the location. The apartment we rented was perfect for my husband, myself and our two teenagers. Both children had their own pull out to sleep on. We had our best nights rest here. Loved having all the perks of an apartment like a refrigerator.
