The hotel is very close to Rennes central train station, 3 minutes really, and to Musee de Bretagne, too. It is a perfect base for one day trips around Brittany (I stayed three days there). Nice good creperie, perfect for breakfast or dinner, 2 minutes away. Nevertheless, downstairs in the hotel there is self-service kitchen as well.
The room was spacious, with comfortable bed and desk, good lightning, and good sound isolation too.
The window has an electric jalousie; however, with the steering buttons close to the entrance to the room, not to the window.
The reception is in other hotel, Le Sevigne, on other street, which means there is some delay if you must contact them in person.
Repeted wifi logging in is a bit troublesome.

It was nit clean, the code for the entrance did not work, reception away from the property and we had to walk a few times to gain access.
